Another crash resonated throughout the house and Lynx covered her ears, shifting backwards in her room. Her parents had been fighting ever since she told them she was a little. Her father was outrageous, he had already beaten her to a pulp and now he was going after her mother. Blaming her for Lynx's upbringing.

Her mother had no problem accepting Lynx. They had both already accepted her to liking both genders. But this seemed to set her father over the edge, it was like he was somehow hurt at the thought of Lynx dressing and acting like a child. He was afraid he would loose his pride? Lynx wasn't sure. She was scared. She just wanted someone to be there with her right now but she had no idea who. She could tell Bridget but it would be a lost cause. No matter how badly Lynx wanted to talk to Bridget she knew she couldn't. What if Bridget backs away from talking to her once she sees Lynx's problematic family? Lynx would never want that.

"Come out you fucking piece of shit!" Lynx was shaking with fear as she crawled to the very end of the room and watched the door vibrate with harsh pounding.

"I will not let you hurt her more than you already have! Look at yourself are you a father or a monster!" She heard her mom yell and she broke into sobs. Yet again she felt the salty tears stinging the cuts on her face, but she couldn't stop. Even if she tried she couldn't stop and she didn't know what to do. She could try and attempt killing herself again. But last time had only failed.

"You don't speak between this! This is your fault!" Her fathers hatred breaking her heart even further. For a moment she considered saying she would never go into her littlespace again, but she couldn't bring herself to say it. From the moment she had seen Bridget's face she wanted to ask for her help. After all those late night calls, the small things lynx had noticed about her it made her sad that she couldn't ask her. Lynx wanted Bridget to be her caregiver.
