"You have served your sentence and are free to go," the officer stated, his mouth opened in surprise. I has been in this prison for eighty four years. I am free to go about my business again. Finally. Being an immortal is fun, heartbreaking, troublesome but most of all frustrating. I was accused of being a murder, which I was not. Humans lives are but a blink of the eye anyway, why should I quicken their short lives . I skipped out of the prison with a nod to the officers who came to see the prisoner who lived. They would whisper my name for years to come. The immortal, the eternal, Jay LU.
