At a superheroes' umpteenth funeral, the heroes' teammates are just sarcastically going through the motions.
"Oh my friends why did you have to sacrifice yourself," Melinda sobbed over Triumphs body dramatically.
"You son of moron," Gavin grumbled his ever shifting eyes glaring at his friend's supposed corpse, "You always had to be the hero." HE said hero as he made quotation marks with his fingers as he stumbled a little bit.
" You were always the most arrogant," Rayole said indifference ," You were the one to kick the bucket first."
"He was are leader," Melinda yelled at Rayole.
"He was stupid," Gavin yelled back at her.
"You selfish bastard," Melinda yelled at him, " he died saving you."
"HE shouldn't have, "Gavin said as he stormed out.
He received a text from Melinda a few moments after that.
Melinda: You want take out tonight?
He smiled as he walked down the street. This wasn't Triumphs first death. They kinda got bored of pretending
