---------------------------They say happiness is like water and air. It is intangible and impalpable.
Pagkatapos namin sumakay sa ferris wheel, Travis and I tried bungee jumping and rollercoaster. But my most favorite ride was the drop tower.
"This is so fun, I can do this everyday." sabi kong hapong hapo.
We were standing and appreciating every piece of artwork in the museum.
"Trav, pupwede mo rito ilagay yung mga paintings mo. I think everybody should see how talented you are." giit ko.
He nodded politely. "I have an idea, let's eat."
"I like that idea."
Nagdrive thru kami at sa sasakyan nalang kami kumain. Pagkatapos ay nakarating kami sa beach.
"Let's go see the fireworks." saad ni Travis.
I never reach this part of the beach before. The lighthouse is so tall, nakapatong ito sa malaking talampas at mukhang luma na.
"It's says no trespassing, Trav. At isa pa baka masisira yan kapag tumuntong tayo."
He reached his hand for me and I accepted it.
"Climb faster, we're halfway through." aniya.
I keep on complaining and complaining but when we reach the top it was so spectacular. I looked down and the dark blue waters splash when it hits the bottom part of cliff.
"Jul, you're father was the one who took me here when he was still constructing the lighthouse."
I glanced at him.
I did not know my father was such a famous architect and I wonder why hindi niya ako dinala dito.
"He was a prominent architect and he worked with my mom. They were asked by a big company in United States to make a design for their building." yumuko siya.
I was thinking about our conversation like a detective.
"At yun hindi gusto ni mama yung disenyo ng papa mo but in the end it was your dad's blueprint who was accepted." dagdag pa niya.
There was a sudden change of my mood. "Why are you telling me this?"
"Maybe he did that for some reasons." He shrugged while facing me. "You'll know."
His eyes flickered when it met mine.
