He smells good like a mixture of musk, leather and sandalwood.
Pero yung amoy ng shampoo niya parang familiar.

"I think you're the kind of guy who would use your sister's shampoo." tawang tawa ako.

"It's Johnson's shampoo, may mali ba?"

I snorted. "I like that."

Hinatak niya ako.

I yawned. "Jusko Trav, it's 3 in the morning, madilim don sa rooftop. Sa prom nalang tayo sasayaw."

He just kept on walking until we reached the rooftop. From up here, you can see the whole city. Ang simoy ng hangin ay malamig at may umandar na musika.

"You planned this, didn't you?"

He nodded. "I wanted to be your first dance."

"May prom naman mamayang gabi, excited much?" I teased.

Hinatak niya ako sa bewang at hinawakan ang aking kamay.
Our eyes met, but I broke it off.

I hesitated. Go Julie! think of a topic para hindi awkward. Mygad!

I pursed my lips and I saw him smile.

My body feels like combustion. The heat is surrounding me even if it's cold.

Sa mahinang kilos, sumayaw siya at ang katawan ko ay sumunod rin. At first it was awkward but then I felt comfortable. Humiga ako sa dibdib niya and I can hear his heart is being hammered.
I smiled. "Are you nervous?"

"What do you think?" he chuckled.

It's like forever, up in the rooftop with him. Hindi ko gusto matapos to. I don't know why I'm feeling so possessive right now but I wanted him so bad.

"Hindi ko alam kung paano pa ako maging masaya kapag hindi kita nakilala. I never regret asking you to sit with me in the cliff." my head still rested on his chest.

"You mended me again. You make me happy." Nasisipon siya.
"You accepted me. You loved me."
I looked at him and he's in tears.

"Baks naman, bestfriend kita kaya. I will always be here." pinahiran ko yung mga mata niya.

Humikbi pa siya lalo.

I laughed at him. "I noticed palagi ka nalang umiiyak, iniwanan ka ba ng jowa mo?"

Umiling siya. "Iiwan ko siya."

I backed away slightly. "Really?! Why?"

"I need to protect her."

Tumawa lang ako. "Aba ano ka na ngayon, FBI?"

"Alam mo talaga kung paano ako patawain no?" he pinched my nose.

Dinilaan ko siya. At another music started.
