Chapter 22

Inside the dining room, while eating their breakfast, Solomon can't help but ask Jerry "How did you do that?"

"That's just a simple magic Solomon, it's just an illusion" Jerry replied.

"There is no way it's just an illusion, I almost died. I felt everything, illusions don't make us feel, illusions just played with our eyes and mind" Solomon said.

"We call that augmented reality. An illusion, but at the same time, the one that's inside that illusion spell will feel everything like pain, pleasure, happiness and many more. " Jerry replied.

Sarah suddenly stopped eating and joined the conversation "Wait, augmented reality, like virtual reality?"

"Exactly Sarah, in this world, humans calls it virtual reality, but in the mystic world, we call it augmented reality. However, there is a difference between the two, in this world; virtual reality will only make you see and hear, but with augmented reality, just like what I said earlier, you will see, hear and feel. But that's it, no harm, or everything."

"Wow that's amazing!" Sarah said.

"Yes you are right, sometimes the illusion spell is abused by young warlocks who don't have a love life" Jerry said.

"Alright, that's it! I don't want to hear a thing" Solomon said.

"Yes, he's probably right" Sarah said.

Solomon finished his food and stood up "so, if I remember it correctly, you told me earlier about training, so what exactly are we going to do?" He asked Jerry.

"I'm going to train you on how you can stop the demon that attacked you. All the information that you need on how to stop demons or any other dark forces here or in the mystic world, can be found on the library of wonders."

"Let's go then" Solomon said, excited about the training "by the way, is it ok if we take Sarah with us?" He added.

Jerry paused for some few seconds, and thinks deep if he will allow Sarah to enter the garden, and for some reason "Yes she can come with us, besides, she's your partner, you will need her help. It is better that she will know a lot of things too, so that she can assist you better."

"That's great, so when do we start? And where exactly is this library?" Solomon asked.

"We already started training; we'll just continue everything inside the library underneath the mansion's garden." Jerry replied.

"Wait what? The garden? How could that possibly be?" Solomon asked, surprised. There are lots of things he doesn't know about his family, that is why he's asking so many questions like he's interrogating a suspect.

"Your father is such a powerful warlock, he can do almost anything" Jerry answered.

"Well then, show us the way and let's start training" Solomon asked.

"Before we leave, please prepare your things and bring a lot of food, because once we are inside, we cannot just get out; we must finish the training first. The library's door won't open unless it feels that you're good to go." Jerry said.

"So how long are we going to train?" Solomon asked.

"Well, it depends on how fast you can learn things, probably several thousand years." Jerry said.

"Thousands of years, are you serious?" Sarah asked, shocked of what she just heard from Jerry.

"Sorry, I forgot to tell you, one month here is equal to one thousand years in the library, enough time for Solomon to learn all of the spells and techniques inside."

"That long?" Solomon asked, like he already wanted to back out.

"Yes Solomon, that long, and you have no choice" Jerry replied, firmly.

"Well, I'm in! Let's do this and finish that demon" Sarah said.

"Fine, let's go, besides, I do not have any option aren't I?" Solomon said.

Solomon and Sarah went upstairs, to prepare for the out of this world adventure. Jerry on the other hand, went outside of the mansion, and patiently waits for them.

After several minutes, Sarah and Solomon finally went outside and joined Jerry. "Let's go! I'm ready" Solomon said, while showing to them all the things that he carries. "How about you Sarah, are you ready?" He asked.

"Yes Solomon, I'm ready" She answered.

"Well then, let's go! Quickly, follow me!" Jerry said, while leading the way to the garden.

Once inside, Jerry suddenly stopped walking after reaching the center most part of the garden. "We are here" he said.

"I don't see any door?" Solomon asked, puzzled.

"Just wait and see" Jerry replied.

The old butler stood in the center of a small pentagram like illustration on the ground

He lifted his right arm in to the air, and moved it in a clockwise pattern. He uttered the words "Portus Kadabra" and then suddenly, a blue portal magically appeared in front of them.

"The two of you, step into the portal, I will be right behind you" Jerry instructed.

Sarah and Solomon quickly stepped inside of the portal, and then suddenly disappeared. Jerry followed them immediately, and then the portal magically disappeared.

Once inside the library of wonders, Sarah and Solomon were amazed of what they just saw. A beauty they never expected. Something they haven't seen in the human world, a library like no other.
