Yeah, so this has nothing to do with romance. But it is indeed a birthday special. Yes my birthday is May 22nd, and that is today, anyways it might be a little short. On with the story! 💝🎂🎁

(Y/N) P.O.V

It was unusually quiet in this chaotic place you live in. Normally there is shouting and crap being thrown everywhere. But today, nothing. Everything was surprisingly spotless and clean. This of course made you, one of the best hero's in the Young Justice team, very, very suspicious.

You walk into the kitchen, hoping to find your bubbly best friend, M'gann. She was nowhere to be found there. "Uhh, hello? Is anyone even home?" You sigh to yourself. You shrug it off and go find something to watch on tv.

After flipping through every channel, nothing was on, so you grab your book from your room and go back to the couch.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" You jump back to the sudden outburst. After a moment to realize what was happening, you also realize, today was your birthday. "Gez, give me a heart attack why don't you."

"Couldn't help it, babe. It's your special day." Wally winked

"It was M'gann's idea, but why not." Artimis shrugged

"You don't look very traught, (Y/N)." Robin snickers.

"(Y/N), I have to agree with Wally." Kal smiles while Conner nods and gives a small smile of his own. You were greeted with a bone crushing hug from M'gann. "Can't....... breathe." You struggle out after hugging back. She let's go and chuckles. "Happy birthday, (Y/N)."

The next few hours are filled with games, (much to some of the other's dismay) cake, M'gann even successfully cooked it for once, and even just hanging out and talking.

It was getting late and some of the other's that didn't live at HQ went home. "Goodnight, (Y/N). And again, happy birthday."

"Thanks, Meg, it's been one of the best." She smiles warmly at you and hugs you, gently, this time.

What would you do without your friends? You hopefully won't know the answer.
