Breathe.
So that's what I did, I gasped. It was refreshing, probably because it burned my lungs and made my head ache. I was just glad to feel something.
I was soon knocked over and grasped into an embrace before I could process anything. Soon the black dots faded out of my vision and I could see everything.
"Don't you dare, and I mean ever, do that to me ever again. Do you understand me?" A familiar voice asked me. He cared.
"Sorry..." I said out of breath," I'm- I'm sorry." I said as I shook, my arms fell around his shoulders as he rubbed my shoulder blades.
"What were you even doing in here?" Spyder asked. They were all here, they all cared.
Ryan released me and I laid back into the ground. It occurred to me that they put my oxygen tank on me after they helped me.
"Nothing. Nothing at all." I said, a silent tear fell down towards my ear.
"Are you okay,Roe?" I was asked by my big sister.
She saw the tear and acted upon impulse, wiping it off and giving my her jacket, she laid it on me as if it was a cover.
"No." I said as I closed my eyes, tears threatened to spill.
I need to help you, I want to help you.
She was sitting next to my sister all three of them were. She completed the circle.
You're okay. Everything will be fine.
She wasn't all that bad.
We sat there for a moment before we went back to class. I had a class with Ryan and we sat there, well, Ryan did his work while I scribbled on my. It's official, I hate the color blue, every time I look at it I think of it.
I can't even kiss my boyfriend without getting sick to my stomach. I don't want to kiss him with the same lips it kissed me with. Ryan doesn't deserve that. I can't believe Ricky did that and thought it was okay.
I felt a kiss on my knuckles. Ryan had kissed them as they were interlocked under the table.
"You alright, babydoll?" He asked.
"When did you start calling me that?" I asked as I cocked my head at him.
"Well, I thought about it. Most folks are manufactured with the speakers in their chests instead of their heads. What you say always comes from your heart before you even think about it. You're honest like that." He explained. Yeah, let's just sit here and talk like this for awhile. Can't we?
I kissed him, like an actual kiss, more of a peck, but you know. It did make me sick a bit, but I shouldn't let someone like it take away a simple pleasure like kissing my boyfriend.
"What was that for?" He asked.
"You're surprised at me kissing you?" I retaliated.
"Well, with the way you act in be-" I kicked him under the table.
"Shut it down." I said.
Soon enough school was over, Ryan tried to do everything in his power to get me to go home. I went with them to the robots anyways. We were supposed to go find Leo and Layla soon, we just gotta, you know, find a location. So maybe it wasn't so soon, but you get it.
"I still think that we should land our pendulums with our right leg." I stated to my sister.
"I know, but half the squad are left-legers." She tried to reason with me.
