"Everything hurts."
"Well I told you to keep your feet apart."
"They were apart!" This chick is starting to get on my nerves.
It's been a week and team and I have discovered...Mech-X2. I mean, it makes sense, what didn't make sense was the floating orbs that we're trying to kill us, but that's irrelevant.
This is now, it's after school and we're prcting our routine. I was at the top of the pyramid when I had been knocked over. Verona had did a back hand spring into the pyramid, but only I had fallen. This was either a set-up or I was just clumsy.
"Ya know what I think happened?" I asked with a flag in my hand.
"I think that every last one of you are idiots and just always acting like y'all people are stupid or something."
"Oh no." I heard Marissa mumble as she put her hand in her forehead.
"Well if you're gonna act like that maybe you should leave." She said with a hand on her hip and her hair whipping around as she moved her head.
"Don't you bob your head at me, and I will leave and watch you guys fail," I stood up on a table," all of y'all are a bunch of-"
My sister grabbed me and covered my mouth before I could finish my statement. When I got on the floor I realized I still had a flag in my had. I took it and swung it around, people were ducking to try and avoid getting hit.
"Rochelle Williams-Webster," the familiar voice of my boyfriend said," put that down, now!0 suddenly my hand couldn't find the pole and I was sat down.
Mark had the flag in his hand while Ryan and Harris stood there with their arms crossed and a look of 'you better stop' washed across their faces.
"Okay all of you people in here deserve each other." I said as I walked out.
My friends followed me, well, except Mark. He and Marissa stayed because Marissa still had practice and I don't blame her, she's still on the team and we are completely different people; she has her own interests.
"You," I motioned to my friends,"don't have to say it, I know what I did and I don't care." I was fuming with anger.
"Well," Harriet said in her usual but boy tone,"at least you tried." She shrugged.
I just rolled my eyes or what Marissa called it 'Numer 3' it was a way I rolled my eyes where my left I went to the center and stared at my nose for a second then the other one went to the top towards my eyebrows and they met there and I just looked to my left. It's weird and 'gross'.
"Ew," Spyder flinched away,"don't do that, you're already weird enough."
I looked at him with the usual look: 'what the hell is that supposed to mean'?
"Did that come out wrong?" He asked not knowing what he did. Sparrow elbowed him extremely hard in his ribs.
"Spyder, I swear you came out wrong." I told him as I began walking away.
They're controlling what I say now?
Well duh, a lot goes on in this head of yours.
A lot of things that are vital to her being here. I'm surprised that I've kept you from setting her brain a fire.
"Shut up." I said aloud.
"No one said anything, we've been sitting in your porch for thirty minutes." Sparrow said to me.
When did we get home? When did Mark and Mari get here?
"I wasn't talking to you guys?" I told them as I leaned back on Ryan, we were sitting on our steps, and were discussing a conversation I had blocked out. I was too busy in my own.
"Then who were you talking to?" He asked, I turned my head to see his big green eyes.
"Myself."
"You told yourself 'shut up'? Yeah, okay, and I'm the dangerous one." Spyder commented. Sparrow, once again, hit him in the back of his head.
"Have you heard me speak?" I asked rhetorically,"I talk way too much and I should probably work on that. Do you hear me blathering on right now? Like, come on what up with me, right?"
"I like hearing you talk," Ryan told me, tilting my face to look at him behind me,"Love, are you feel okay?" He asked me genuinely concerned.
"Yup, I'm feeling just fine, I just kinda, I don't know, feel funny?" I scrunched my eyebrows together.
"What do you mean by 'funny', little sister?" Marissa asked as she came to sit next to my boyfriend and I.
"Like," I had to search for the correct term,"fire, I feel like I'm on fire." I told her.
"I don't understand," she felt my neck and forehead for a temperature,"explained, I don't know what you mean by 'fire', little sister."
"Like my heart, brain, lungs, are on fire or is filled with smoke." They worked together, they're working together on my lungs? What are they doing?
"Are you okay?" Ryan asked me once again. Just then Harris' tablet got a notification. A familiar sound we all new as a monster alert.
"I will be after I save my city..."
What the hell is going on with me?
Okay I am the absolute worst, but I'll make up for it because I have officially survived freshman year of high school. I'm on summer vacation and I understand this might actually be the shortest chapter that I have ever published. I'll update soon cause I have nothing but band practices, but rose don't start until July 5. I go to band came July 23-29 so I won't post them, but I'll be writing or at least I'll try to do that I can post when I come home. I'm sorry I know this isn't even that good but it gives you something to look forward to.
But I have a question: Who is your favorite ship?
Mines Ryelle, but maybe it's because Rochelle is the main character and I make all of my main protagonists in my image. I know it's weird but that the point of books, to transport yourself into the world of a fandom.
Alright that's all. Bye my Mech-Heads.
