SIXTEEN:

Saturday: March 19, 2011

Dear diary,

So I've made it two weeks without Klaus. I'm already missing him. Last night I went on a date with that Aaron guy. We had a good time. We even kissed but I wasn't feeling it.

Ethan and I have been hanging out. Without his new girlfriend. He and I are have been good. Sometimes we have these moments we know we shouldn't have. Like when I stare at his lips. Or his bites his lip, looking ready to pin me against a wall.

But he's a friend. A good friend. And he's been there for me since the beginning. We dated. We have history and chemistry. But this time he's taken. But I know he misses me. Hell, I miss him too.

Sometimes we sit side by side and I want to cuddle him or get in his lap. But that's not allowed. It's wrong. It's inappropriate. I don't get why he's still seeing her. The two do look happy together though. So I can't complain too much.

Anyways, Aaron. Totally hot. My type looks wise. And he's nice. Maybe I'll go out with him again. Give it another try.

"How was the date?" Ethan asked me.

"Ehh," I mumbled, taking a bit of my bowl of froyo. "He's hot. And he's nice. And we had a good time. But it wasn't like wow. I want to see him again. Kiss didn't do it for me either."

"Kissing on the first date?" He gasped and I rolled my eyes.

"We look good together though. At least we got that compliment ten times last night. Wanna see our picture?" I asked him and he nodded.

"Sure," he shrugged. I pulled out my phone and opened to the picture of us.

"Ah. Look at that there's more pictures of him in your phone then me," Ethan teased and I laughed.

"First off, there's a ton of pictures of us in my phone. But we never take pictures together. Our friends are creeps," I shrugged. Brooke and Dylan have always taken pictures of us not looking or minding our business.

"Come here," he said, opening the camera on my phone. I laughed and scooted close to him. We were sitting outside for once since it was getting warm out. His arm went around my shoulder and I tried to hide my face behind his hand and then I quickly snapped the picture before he was ready. "I hate you."

I giggled and took the phone. "I like it. A lot. You look good," I assured him. I looked at him smirking.

"You look good too."

"Oh, my god. Shut up," I laughed, smacking him playfully. He laughed too while I edited our picture. Settling on having it in black and white. "I'm posting it too. Froyo with my ugly duckling."
