Cam's POV

The angels fell, and now roamed Earth. Cam had already made his decision, and had decided to side with Lucifer in the fight, his now golden wings being proof. After being stuck on this sad excuse of a planet, Cam had just about given up on the 'people'. That is, until he saw her.

With her long red hair, bright blue eyes, and golden skin, Cam couldn't stay away. She was caring, and he music...her music was more beautiful than anything he had ever heard in Heaven. He could sit and listen to her for hours. And her name? Well, it was an old name, but still one he couldn't get out of his brain. Lilith.

He had finally mustered up the courage to talk to her, and they got along well. So well, in fact, they became lovers, something Cam didn't think was possible for him. An angel and a mortal? Daniel and Lucinda were one thing, as they were made for each other. But Cam couldn't stop himself from going to this girl. He had to marry her and be with her throughout her life.

What he didn't think through, was Lilith's preference for marriage. She wanted it traditional...in a church...the house of God...and he had sided with Lucifer after being expelled from God's palace. So another words, there couldn't have been a worse combination. When he tried to convince her to move the wedding elsewhere, like outside, they got into a huge argument. He eventually, in an attempt to explain why, brought her close and and showed her the universe form his point of view, as an angel. This did nothing but make it worse though, as she forgot about him. Her memory was completely wiped, which was one of the rumored risks in showing this to a mortal. But, thinking it wasn't true, he kept trying to convince her she and him were engaged, which lead to them breaking up in the end, with her absolutely hating him.

Cam was devastated, and he just felt lost once she left him. And when he later found out she killed herself because of it? Well...he didn't think anyone or anything could help him.

Well...that was then anyways. Now, over 2000 years later, after being alone for so long, he had found someone who gave off a similar spark that Lilith gave him, which he never thought would happen again. Lucinda and Daniel's curse was lifted, so he had been looking to find someone to fall in love with.

It was another fallen angel too. So death wouldn't be the end if things worked out. Her name was (Y/N), and she was well known in Heaven. She was God's singing angel. He had been walking down a street on Earth, and had heard a beautiful voice. He followed the sound into a music store, and simply listened to her voice. She was singing a song about wanting to find love, and how it felt to fall in love with someone. He walked in silently and sat down, watching her intently.

Your POV

You were in your favorite music store, just singing to yourself, your eyes closed in concentration. You hadn't had the courage to perform in front of people in years. Not since you had chosen your side in the angel war. It was by far your favorite song to connect to, simply about falling for someone, which you had never really experienced.

When you opened your eyes, however, you saw someone sitting on a drum stool in front of you. Your cheeks immediately heated up in embarrassment. "Um...Hi?" you say quietly, taking in the sight of your audience. He was quite attractive and...familiar? Where had you seen him? Was he a customer who came sometimes while you were teaching your vocal lessons? No. He couldn't be...

"Hello there. You have a beautiful voice. Could you be so kind as to tell me your name, love?" He asked, you, smiling shyly. Oh god does he like you too?! No. He wouldn't fall for someone so simple as yourself? Well, simple unless you count the fact you're an angel. But you can't tell him that. Mortal brains can't comprehend it. "Um...you still there? I'm sorry you don't have to tell me if you don't want to." Whoops! You must've been staring to long.

"Oh! No I'm sorry. I'm (Y/N). Sorry. I haven't had an audience for ages. Unless you count my classes I teach but that's not really performing...Anyway what's your name?"

He chuckled at your slight rambling. "I'm Cam. Cam Briel. And I must say you have a gorgeous name." You blushed even more as he walked towards you. "What do you say we get to know each other over coffee? I know a great place just down the street."

"Uh...S-sure! I'd love to Cam!"

"Great!" He reached down and grabbed your hand, guiding you out while you cheeks burned like the sun.

You both talked for at least 2 solid hours, just getting to know each other. Cam mostly just relearning about you. While talking he had remembered seeing you in Heaven before the fall.

As you were walking out together, he smiled at you. "I had fun today."

"Yeah it was! But I do have one question."

"Anything. What's wrong (Y/N)?" Cam asked you, looking concerned. You shifted a little, rolling your shoulders some to stop the burning from where your wings were hidden.

"Uh...well this is gonna sound strange but I feel like we've met before. Do I know you from somewhere else??"

"Well.." He gently cupped your chin in his hand and tilted it up, kissing you so quickly you don't have time to kiss him back but for a single second. "Why don't you stay by my side for a while, and find out?"

You smiled shyly, kissing him just as quickly as he had just kissed you, making his smile triple in size. "I think I might just accept that offer."
