Shawn.

For the past few days I've been to the studio, but Elena was never there.  Instead, someone else was teaching me, and it wasn't the same.

Right now I was just hoping she would be there today.  I haven't seen her in what felt like a very long time and it made me worry a little bit.

"Shawn? Are you ready to go?" I heard Andrew ask through my cracked door.

"Yeah, sorry just got lost in my thoughts," I said while exiting the room.

"Don't say sorry to me, Elena is the one expecting you," he said as I grabbed my things.

"She's gonna be there today?" I asked and he nodded.

"According to her text message, yes," he said and I nodded.

"Do you not have her number?" He questioned and I shook my head, "well here I'll give it to you."

I nodded and took my phone out for him to input her number.  After that, we left, and all I had on my mind was seeing Elena.

~~~
I walked into the building and Andrew had just left.  I continued down the hall and walked into the room Elena and I usually practice in.  I heard music and saw her dancing.
"You're back," I said, interrupting her dance.
She stopped and looked at me.  Something about her seemed different.  When her eyes looked into mine, they seemed darker.  Almost like they were hiding something.
"In the flesh," she mumbled and I walked further into the room.
"Where have you been?" I asked.
"Around," she mumbled.
"No specifics?" I asked and she shook her head.
"Nothing that concerns you," she said coldly which made me already know that something was off.
"Alright Lena, what's the matter?" I asked and she turned her head away from me.
"Nothing's wrong," she muttered while going back to where the music was playing.
"You can tell me you know," I said as she got the music set up.
"It doesn't concern you Shawn," she spat out and I walked up behind her, focused on getting her to tell me the truth.
"Tell me Lena," I said in a low tone.
"Tell you what?" She hissed while turning her head towards me.
"What's up with you? This isn't you," I said and she shook her head.
"I don't know what you're talking about," she said and tried walking away from me.
"Elena stop lying!" I said, raising my voice.
"Fine you want to know what's wrong!" She shouted and threw her hands up in frustration
I didn't say anything I just waited for her to say something.
"What's wrong is that I have feelings for you Shawn!" She blurred out and that caught me by surprise.
"I'm sorry, come again?" I said and she took a few steps towards me.
"I like you okay? And when you told me about Will, I confronted him, then he," she stopped and I could see small tears forming in her eyes.
"Lena, what's wrong? What happened?" I said and walked up to her.
I brushed the small tears off of her cheeks before they could completely pour out.
"Tell me please," I said and took her into a hug.
"H-he hurt m-me," she said and right then and there I lost it.
"Where?" I spat out and she could already see the fury in my eyes.
"Shawn, it's not that big of a deal please," she whispered while putting both of her small hands to the sides of my face.
"Where Lena," I repeated in a more cold tone.
She backed away and lifted up her shirt to reveal her stomach.  I examined it carefully and her right side was all bruised up.  So much anger was boiling through my veins, and all I wanted to do was take it out on him.
"He did this to you," I mumbled while gently pressing my hand to her side.
"And he," she stopped and looked me straight in the eye.
"He what," I said and she looked down at her feet.
I knew what was about to come out of her mouth was going to be bad.  Although I've only known Elena for a few days, it feels as if I've known her for a long time.
"He raped me," she mumbled low enough for me to barely here.
My anger was growing by the second and I tried to take in everything.
"W-what? H-how?" I questioned and she looked up at me.
"He got mad and he knew that I wasn't ready to do it with him, so he took everything from me," she said and cried into my chest.
"I'm so sorry," I said and kissed the top of her head.
"I just don't know what I did to deserve all of this," she mumbled and I just held her tighter.
"Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you, and Will has something coming for him," I said in a protective tone.
Things are about to get serious.
