My alarm went off at 8:35 and I sprung out of bed. Today was my date. I went into the bathroom and showered, then brushed my  teeth. By the time I was done, it was 9:22. She would be here in an hour and eight minutes. Quickly, I put Cheerios in a bowl and sat on the couch, eating them, keeping a close eye on the time. I had to be upstairs and getting dressed before ten o'clock.

After I ate, I went to my room and picked out something to wear. It took me a while, but I finally found something. with twenty minutes left, I went into the bathroom (again) and did my hair and made my way back downstairs to wait.

At exactly 10:30, there was a ring of the doorbell. "I'll get it!" I screamed, making sure no one else attempted to get it. My family can't embarrass me yet. Not like they wont eventually.

"Hey," she said happily, her blue eyes even bluer in person. The sun hit her hair, making it gleam.

"Come in," I choked, taken from her beauty. She was wearing a tight black tank top with a black belt about one-quarter of the way up. Gray leggings hugged her legs all the way down to her black sandals, showing her (what looked like) freshly-painted dark purple toenails.

Jessie stood next to me, looking around the house. I should've cleaned before she came. "I think we should go and get some stuff to eat. Then we could go to the park. I mean, if you want."

She nodded, "Sounds good." I grabbed my keys off the counter and left, being sure to re-lock the door behind me. I opened the car door for her, and then got my myself. I started the car.

It was a perfect day outside - the sun shinning brightly without a cloud in the sky to block it. It was thirty-five degrees (C) and I couldn't have asked for better weather today.

The car was anything but silent on the way to the store. We talked about everything and anything, her voice being more attractive than on the phone. Despite the creepy occurrences, I went back to the store I first realized I was getting stalked at, I brought her there. "Before we go in, if you see anything weird at any time, do tell." She smiled and nodded, then began to open the door. "Wait, that's weird."

My heart raced and my breathing quickened. What did she see? My palms slowly grew sweaty. I looked around, but saw nothing. "W-w-what?" I stammered. She burst out laughing. In between giggles she said "You!" then poked my arm.

I couldn't help but smile, even though I wanted to hit her for scaring me so much. "That was not funny! You almost killed me!" She finally began to calm down, "I'm sorry, I couldn't resist."

I hit her playfully on the arm, and then led her into the store to get some food for lunch.
