I was supposed to audition for the dance club last year. I got too scared being a new student and all. I don't know what stopped me this year. Maybe it was the thought of the dance club core might be harder on me because I've been in high school longer now. I always see them dancing hip-hop and I barely see them dancing ballet and contemporary. I'm almost completely self-taught in ballet. Yes, I've taken classes but all they teach me are routines and I'm not a huge fan of those. So all my technique is just me trying to learn it off of Youtube and watching others perform. I don't even know if they would accept me without any formal training in ballet.
I checked the club announcement boards and yeah... same club. Acting club again. I already expected that. I hope I just get better roles. Nevertheless, I'm still going to push harder this year.
