I thought I'd finally have a chance to do something in this club other than stay in the club room every Friday and just play the games that are supposed to teach us something I already know... Then I almost had a freak out in the middle of the club when the club leader said that the freshmen aren't performing. All freshmen are supposed to go to the younger batches and help them with their skits except one, Danica. Danica was assigned the role of the girlfriend of the main character. That doesn't make any sense... Why her? We have had the same roles in the club so far. We're about the same height, so it's not a proportion issue. Maybe it's because her sister is part of the core? I seriously don't know. She's been here longer than me. Maybe they've seen more of her acting than mine. It IS my first year here and last time wasn't my best performance. Only Danica and the older batches are performing. Not even all older students perform. The core even have their own special skit. I'll just have to try harder so that they can see that I'm dedicated to this club and that I have good acting skills. Maybe if I do a good job teaching the kids the core will give me a shot to perform.
