(Katniss' pov)

As soon as I heard the door unlock I ran straight into his house. "Peeta I'm so glad you let me in, in thought I was going to have t-" that's when I see it..his living room and kitchen are a mess, there's glass and metal broken everywhere, then i see the worst thing of all something that cuts deep into my heart...a picture of me and Peeta shattered into pieces, I'm so mad at myself and Peeta, I cant take this anymore so i turn to run out the door but thats when I see him..peeta's sitting in the corner of the living room hugging his knees to his chest mumbling to himself.

I have to do something to help "Peeta" I say as I start to approach him. "Katniss no! Don't come near me!" He's screaming at me! What am I meant to do? Is he having an episode? I remember him telling me something in the hospital, something that helps him come out of his episode, I have to do it, I turn him round so he's facing me and I softly press my lips to his, I can feel his muscles relax as he starts to kiss me back.

I pull out after a few minutes trying to get my breath back, before I ask him about his mess I sit him on the couch and make him a hot chocolate, I know this is his favourite. "Here you go peeta, careful it's hot" I tell him as I hand him the mug. He gives me a confused look, "Katniss, what is this?" He says starring down into the mug. I can feel tears run down my face "It's your favourite peeta, hot chocolate" he looks at me, still confused. "Oh I must have forgotten"...
