After a while of walking they stopped to set up camp.. Lizzy was in a tree looked up at the sky. Shadow, Sonic, and Angel were collecting fire wood while Manic and Scourge were putting up tents.
Manic: Hey Lizzy! We could use your help if you don't mind!
Scourge was wrapped up in a tent and couldn't get out. Venom growled and looked at Lizzy as she kept staring up at the sky then went and helped them.
With Sonic and them....
Sonic: Shad.. I think something is wrong with Lizzy.. She's acting weird..
Shadow: Yeah I know...
Angel stayed quiet and looked down. Shadow growled a little then headed back to the camp without them.
Back at the camp....
Manic was laughing as Scourge and Venom were both in the tent growling.
Venom: HELP MANIC! DAMMIT!
Scourge: I'm gonna hurt you when I get out!!!
Lizzy looked down at them and shook her head as she jumped down and pulled them out the tent.
Scourge: Thanks Lizzy..
Venom looked at Lizzy as she nodded and yawned a little.
Venom: Lizzy Thank you. Are you okay?
Lizzy: Just fine..
She jumped back in the tree as Shadow ran back.
Manic: At least we know she still can talk!
Venom snapped at him and growled.
Shadow looked at Lizzy then jumped into the tree with her and looked at her.
Shadow: Lizzy.. Are you okay?
She looked at him then back up at the stars.
Lizzy: No....
Her eyes flashed and she shook her head and closed them as she shook.
Shadow: Lizzy.. What's going on?
She opened her eyes and looked at him as tears fell.
Lizzy: The past is catching up...
Shadow: What?
Lizzy: Everything that happened to me when I was young.. I forgot it.. I chose to.. And now... It's all coming back...
Shadow: What do you mean?
Lizzy: Venom sees it too.. All flashbacks to the worst thing's that happened...
Shadow: Oh.. Lizzy.. I'm sorry..
She looked at him and shook her head.
Lizzy: The last one was about being back in the labs when Mephiles first had me.. It was the worst thing ever...
She started crying worst and Shadow hugged her and rocked her back and forth. Venom looked up at them and sighed but smiled a little.
Venom: She's at peace in his arms...
Manic: What?
Sonic and Angel walked up and Angel looked up at Lizzy and Shadow then at Venom.
Angel: Is she okay?
Venom: Not saying..
Sonic: I'm saying yes.. She wouldn't be hugging Shad if she wasn't....
Angel looked at them then started making the fire and Venom flew up to them.
