Eve POV

I woke up to being wrapped in David's arms. I smiled, closing my eyes as I let it sink in. I missed this, a lot. Yeah a part of me still feels empty without Jared but I love David with all my being.

I was so absorbed in my thoughts I didn't notice David had been staring at me. I blushed, "How long have you been up for?"

"A few hours. Just wanted to hold you," he smiled. I cupped his cheek and he kissed my palm. I know he was still beating himself up for what happened yesterday, but we didn't dare bring it up.

We took minutes, staring at each other with love. We didn't need to voice out our love, I felt it just by looking into those gorgeous eyes of his.

"What do you want to do today babygirl," he smiled at me, kissing my forehead. I thought about it for a minute.

We've been to the movies and mall many times. I looked at Jared's ring on my pointing finger, then I remembered about the fair he had wanted to go to this weekend.

"How about the city fair? It only comes once a year," I sat up as he pondered it. He nodded and I walked to the restroom, hopping into the shower. I felt David follow me in, but we didn't do anything sexual but shower together.

I got out first and wrapped the towel around me, brushing out my damp hair. I did some highlight and my favorite dark red lipstick. I walked over and pulled out my clothes for today.

Some leather jeans, black flats, and a dark red crop top but off the shoulder long sleeve. I put on some perfume and deodorant as I watched my man come out, looking sexy as ever.

He had on a leather jacket (not surprised), gray tee shirt, and some black jeans. His usual converse and I smirked.

"Why you smirking?" His face was full of confusion, but some hints of amusement too.

"Because my boyfriend's hot and no one can have you but me." I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his torso. He wrapped his arms around my neck and I smiled up at him.

We walked to the elevator after grabbing our room keys and phones. David tried to run past me to press the button, but I stuck my foot out so he could trip over it.

I used my speed to beat him to the elevator and he ran up to me. "That wasn't fair."

"When is anything ever fair?" I laughed at his pouty face. "Oh come on babe don't be a sore loser." He rolled his eyes, keeping his attention on anything but me.

I smirked, he's such a poor sport.

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"You're mean!"

"Stay out of my head then!"

"Stay out of mine!"

"I wasn't even in it!"

"Yeah but you're ALWAYS on my mind!"

I turned to him and blushed. He smiled at me and I jumped in his arms, wrapping my arms around him as I kissed all over his face.

He chuckled, "All I got to do is say cheesy shit to get this reaction?"

"Aand you killed it," I rolled my eyes as I jumped off him. We got in the elevator and he wrapped his arm around my waist, holding me close to him. We got to the lobby and walked out holding hands.

We got inside the car and David drove us to the fair, but I wanted to eat before.

"Eve we can eat there babe," David said as he kept his eyes on the road. I wasn't having that.
