Zach Graye's POV:

New town, new school, new chicks. Could I ask for more? My old school was getting boring, had my mom not taken the new job I would probably still be getting it on with the same old girls which is, in my view, incredibly dull. I need new and fresh girls to work my charm on, the girls at my old school were used to all the old tricks now so it's a relief I'm away. I don't know who will be the lucky chick to charm first though, maybe the girl next door, she's pretty hot and I do like a brunette. But first I should probably go make some friends, what's a guy without his wingmen? I know Joe here because of our moms being friends, but he's the only one. I should probably text him to let him know I'm here, he says his friend lives down the road from my new house and said they would all wait there for me. Assuming they're there now I invite them all over with one simple text.

Hey man, just got here and I'm unpacking and bored as fuck, wanna annoy the new neighbour?

Within in seconds I get a reply and a ring on the door bell in minutes, jeez when he said down the road he really meant it. I thump down the stairs and open the door wide to be greeted with a chest bump from Joe and smiling faces from two other boys.

"Hey bro! You're a lot earlier than we expected, this is Max and this is George. We were at his house waiting for you. How've you been man?!" Joe asked excitedly.

"Good man good! Yeah come in, mom and Sophie are out getting food for tonight so we have the house to ourselves for a couple hours. So loud music and drinks?" I enquire.

"Hell yeah!" All three boys exclaim in unison, I lead them upstairs and grab four bottles from the cool box in my room. Chucking one to each of the boys I start to drink and unpack whilst talking to them all.

"So, girls wise, hot or not?" I ask raising an eyebrow as I hang my clothes in my wardrobe.

"Usual amount are hot, some are average, but easy you know the sort. My sister is friends with a few of the hot ones." George answers as he helps with the clothes.

"Is your sister hot?" I ask winking at him.

"Don't joke bro, when Max tried to get it on with Charlie it did not go well, George lost his shit!" Joe laughs as he says it starting of a chain reaction, I laugh and then we all start chuckling.

"My jaw still hurts from that by the way man, there was no need to hit me that har-" Max says to George before Joe starts gaping through the window.

"Oh my god, I didn't know that you moved into the house metres away from Elizabeth Baker? Why didn't you say anything?" He yells excitedly as he points to the girl through the window next door.

"I dunno, maybe because I don't actually know that she's called Elizabeth Baker? Why you so bothered anyway? You have a crush or something Joseph?" I say mockingly as I begin gently punching him in the shoulder.

"No no no! I do not!" He says chuckling as he rubs his arm, "But she is the most easily annoyed person in the whole fucking world!" He says laughing his head off with an evil grin. Huh, maybe we really can annoy the neighbours, especially as said neighbour is an easily irritated girl. This should be fun.

"Why don't we get to annoying her then?" I say smirking as I do. I open my window as wide as possible and switching my speaker on to full volume.

"Metallica or AC/DC? Which is more annoying gentlemen?" I ask as we all ponder. We all go for AC/DC, so I put "A whole lotta Rosie" on at full blast, cackling my head off. Almost instantaneously I see a small brunette head appear by the window next door, the window is pushed wide enough for her to fit her head through.

"I'm liking the taste in music, but I'd really appreciate it if you'd turn it down, AC/DC doesn't help me with algebra unfortunately." She says sarcastically, with a forced smile. Her hair is damp and slightly curling, leaving wet marks on her grey hoodie. Her hazelnut and green eyes stare in annoyance at all of us as if she's waiting to watch us turn the music off. She's cute, but just as Joe said, very easily annoyed.

"Sorry kitten, can't hear you over the music, what did you say?" I retort back to her, leaning further out the window as I do.

"Well maybe if you turned it down you'd be able to hear me you caveman!" She yelled back, her eyebrows furrowing in annoyance. I can now just about make out her accent.

"British are we? I like it." I wink as I say it, knowing how much it is infuriating her.

"Oh, a perceptive caveman?" She mocks, despite her irritation.

"You don't even know kitten" I shout over the music back to her, turning back to the boys laughing, then I look back. Surprise fallen over my face, as I see this Elizabeth girl climb onto her window sill with her window wide open, smirking as she does. She analyses the distance between my window and her's (about a metre and a half), I watch her shiver slightly because she's wearing pyjama shorts. Suddenly out of no where I witness her gracefully leap from her window to mine and calmly hop down into my room. I was gaping with shock as I'm pretty sure the rest of the boys were.

"Woah Lizzie!" George screeched, jumping backwards quickly.

"Damn kitten, if i knew you were so eager-" I started.

"Don't flatter yourself sweetheart, I just came here to grab that." She returns as she grabs my speaker's remote from my hand. Elizabeth I think it is? Yes. Elizabeth, then elegantly jumps onto my window sill whilst turning my speaker off.

"Nice seeing you boys, lovely to meet you and glad to know you have friends now. Oh and also it's Liz or Elizabeth, not Lizzie, just so you are aware. Now farewell gentlemen. Oh and sorry m'lady." She curtseys from my window sill and smirks towards George before jumping back to her window, still with my remote! It was impressive, but my speakers cost a fortune and are useless without that remote, damn that girl. She turns around and looks at me and then the rest of the boys, smirking. She the sticks up her middle finger, slams her window down and pulls across the curtain.

"Goddamn it! How did we not know she was able to jump that far? We've known her four fucking years?! It's not like she does long jump or anything!" Exclaimed Max as he clenches his jaw.

"We should have known that she's pretty agile from the fact she does gymnastics, shit we can be thick sometimes." Says Joe in a hushed tone.

"Don't worry, I'll get it back later, but I think my mom is coming soon so you better go, she'd freak if she thought I was letting you see the house when it isn't unpacked yet." I said, chuckling but ushering them out of my room.

"Bye buddy, see you tomorrow at school yeah? George can give you a lift if his car is fixed." Joe said, eyebrows raised.

"Yeah sure I will see you then, I'll find some way to get to school if it isn't fixed George." I say as I wave them goodbye.

"Well if we're lucky my sister might give us a lift in, but moody next door will be there too!" George shouts back as they all lumber down the road.

"Oh I'm sure I can handle her don't worry!" I call to them, chuckling as I do. I shut the door behind me and run to my room. I have to get that stupid remote back, but how the hell do I get it? Maybe I'll wait until she falls asleep...
