Bong Hee rushed upstairs, didn't notice that her door is opened, then flopped herself on the bed and cried, for not being able to date Ji Wook, she then walked up to her table, and found a shoe box with a note underneath the cover "if you keep looking for me, I'll find you first". She felt the presence of an intruder, most likely the Killer.

In the car, Bong Hee's words to not stalk Ji Wook again flashed through his mind, he noticed that she forgot her powder in the car and gave her a call to inform her,

Bong Hee was startled by an incoming call, it was from Ji Wook, she told him there was an intrusion in her office, most likely Hee joon's killer (ex-boyfriend), she saw his shadow moved sneakily and informed Ji Wook that he might still be around the office. He told her to not act rashly as he'll be there shortly,

Bong Hee chased after the intruder, but eventually lost him,
Ji Wook arrived shortly, and called Mr Bang to send over forensic team, Ji Wook ended up screaming at Mr Bang who kept nagging him on phone.

Bong Hee pushed Ji Wook who was about to sit on the desk, and she explained that the intruder's fingerprints might be cleaned off if he sits there. In her crazy manner she goes on to explain her unexplainable witness of the intruder leaving her office, he asked if she feels excited, he explained that she looks like someone who is excited after watching a thriller movie, she seems to not know the kind of danger she was in,
Bong Hee asked if he was worried about her, he said yes and she smiled, he said he'll have felt the same way if it were to be any other person than her since he used to be a prosecutor who fights crime, the response turned her happy mood sour and she then remember that she has forgotten her promise to stop liking him,
He asked why she was staring at him, Bong Hee hit herself on the head to bring back her senses, and defended herself that it is only natural for her to get excited as she was able to sight the murderer after two years of searching for him, a chance for her to cleanse her name,

He told her she could have died, but she said she is about to die anyway, no one would hire her and she's close to going bankrupt, she was tagged as a lawyer who killed her ex boyfriend, and her mum pretends to be fine but cries behind her.

She got taken aback when he told her that they should catch the culprit together. He offered to drive her home only to realise that her office space is the same place she lives, he then offered her to sleep in his home as the office space will not be safe enough for her to stay any longer.

At Ji Wook's gate, Bong Hee bragged that she came because he kept begging for her to come, she is obviously saying that to cover up her embarrassment,
In the building, memories of the night she was drunk in his house came back as she mentioned items that were in his house that night and their various locations, and the kiss they almost shared on the sofa, Ji Wook left her and heads towards the kitchen leaving her to debate whether to follow him or go opposite directions.

During their meal, Ji Wook said they had things to clarify, Bong Hee supports that, he told her it has to be clarified honestly, and she blurts out the same question she asked over two years ago did we sleep together? An embarrassed Ji Wook replied angrily that they didn't.

He got to the office late the next day, his reason being that he 'overslept', a statement he must be making for the first time in a very long time, this draws the attention of CEO Byun and lawyer Ji, how can someone who have insomnia oversleep?
CEO Byun teased him for being the only person who gets congratulated for coming late to work, he counters that CEO Byun is also the only boss who congratulates his worker for coming late, he shoos their butts away as the two tried sitting on his desk,
CEO Byun claims he is there to scold and not congratulate him, because the other employees do not like him, he has lots of complaints on his neck.
CEO Byun barrages him with lots of advice on how to get along with his coworkers, every statement he replies with yes, and when CEO Byun complained that he isn't listening to him, he subconsciously replied yes, Oh! Oh!!
