Ji wook calls Bong hee to bring Mr Jung home to have dinner with them, he warned her not to stop anywhere and come home directly with him.
Mr Bang asked why and Ji wook tells him his plan, they knew Mr Jung is the murderer so they have to sound him out over dinner.

During the meal the group chats about Chang Ho and directs questions about him to Mr Jung, he maintains a perfect innocent face though, denying knowing him personally and feigning disappointment about the charge against him,

Yoo Jung drops her chopsticks rather loudly and announced that she us re-investigating Hee Jun's case,
The atmosphere was silent for about 30 seconds and Mr Bang quickly diverted the topic of discussion back to Chang Ho.

Turning his face to Mr Jung with his signature smile, He asked if Chang Ho could really be on the run, Mr Jung replied that he wonder too,
Then in a flashback we see a wet and tired Chang Ho struggles out of the river amidst pants, only to hear a familiar voice call out to him Chang Hoyah, it was Mr Jung.
He laughs saying he thought Chang ho will stay longer in the water,
Chang Ho's body shook in fear, knowing what would become of him.

Back to the dinner with No's Lawfirm, Ji wook asked Yoo Jung to check all the CCTVs in the area including Damoo park, he might have taken the local route instead of the highway given the circumstances.

Mr Bang telepathically told Ji Wook that their tactic to get words or reactions from Mr Jung isn't working, then Ji Wook remembered the only thing that shook his emotions back then in the interrogation room,
He then asked Mr Bang to check if Chang Ho has past records on women assault.
This worked on him a bit, because Mr Jung slightly shook his head and paid more than usual attention at that time.

Lawyer Ji drives Mr Jung home, the two guys chats over the dinner they just had, lawyer Ji said it was a boring dinner, and Mr.Jung says that it is understandable because they are attorneys and they'll talk mostly about cases.

Yoo Jung drives home and remembered seeing Bong hee unprepared to leave when everyone's leaving the dinner, Yoo Jung asked why she isn't leaving yet, she replies that he provides her room and board,
Yoo Jung asked if she meant that she lives there and she replies he provides her room and board,
Isn't that same as living there?
Ji wook replies Yoo Jung that Bong Hee lives with him and walks upstairs leaving Bong Hee to stammer an affirmation Yes.

Ji Wook was washing dishes in the kitchen and Bong Hee joins him, they awkwardly and playfully washed the dishes, Bong hee warns him to not seduce her with his looks and he says he was only looking at her, she sprinkles some water at him and he chuckles.

In a home, we see the body of a dead man with knife plunged into his stomach, his wife sitting beside him, groceries scattered on the floor,
Lawyer Ji receives a call from a female client that woman who told him that her husband just died,

He rushed to the home and found the husband's dead body with the knife still in his stomach,
He asks the wife what the matter is...

The police arrived to take her to the police station, and lawyer Ji offered to accompany her as her lawyer, be takes a look at the woman and we see a flashback of their discussion,

The woman told him that he needs to keep her secret, she didn't kill her husband but she'll confess that she killed him and go to jail,
Lawyer Ji says he has a responsibility to not hide the truth, and the woman counters that he also has a responsibility to keep her secret as his client.
