CEO Byun saw Ji Wook grinning on his way from Bong Hee's room like a kid who'd just been given a piece of cake, by now the poor old man is at a stage where he's confused whether he's seeing things or its for real,
During meeting the next day, he noticed Ji wook and Bong Hee unusually smiley like lovers,

Unable to contain it any longer, he asked if they're dating?
I tell you, this old man has a way of ruining their meetings every time, hehehe!

Bong hee replied no, and CEO Byun asked them both to start dating.

Mr Bang whispered to Bong Hee that CEO Byun might have started to like her, lawyer Ji exclaims "wow! this is unexpected",
But CEO Byun blurts in his face "I asked them both to date, so I can disapprove",

He says he meant that in an ironical way, they need to start dating so he can give his disapproval, he'll throw water in her face and money.

Bong Hee said she'll skillfully dodge the water and accurately collect the money.
Ji wook asked what business of his that is even if they're dating, and asked him to not attend meetings from now on, since every meetings get ruined because of him.

Bong Hee said she supports his decision, and the poor old man holds his head in headache.

In bed, Ji Wook remember that he has a date with Bong Hee, he rushed out of bed like a girl excited to go on a date, he carefully applied his makeup and selects his clothes, we see Bong Hee do the same too.

On her way to the venue nicely dressed, she meets Mr Jung and the two greets exchanges pleasantries, a bike man speeds carelessly on the road and almost hit Bong Hee, Mr Jung swerves her to the side and the file she was holding scattered, she bent down to pick her things and Mr Jung bends to assist her, his earpiece drops in the process,

Bong hee picks her things and attempts to pick his earpiece too, only to hear the song he's currently listening to,
It was the melody she heard on the night of Hee Jun's death, the song whose source she's been looking for, since the past two years,

She attempts to pick the earpiece but stopped midway as she hears the song playing, Mr Jung knows perfectly what is happening, he quickly grabbed the earpiece, she thanks him and they head their different ways pretending that nothing happened.

Bong Hee was in shock as she walks, realization hits her that she has been sympathizing with the murderer and even got him acquitted,
She tries to analyze the situation in order to not jump into conclusion,

She remembered going to the Banner Ahjussi's workshop, she'd shown him picture of Mr Jung and asked if he was the person who came to make a report, the ahjussi had replied that he didn't recognize him, she had then shown him a picture of Chang Ho,
The ahjussi then says he is the one.

Bong hee dialled the ahjussi's number and assured him that she'll not visit him or get him into trouble, she asked for the last time if the guy who made the report was the guy he saw her with the other day, ie. Mr Jung?
Without saying a word, the ahjussi hung up, confirming her suspicions.

We see a flashback of Mr Jung's visit to the Banner Ahjussi's workshop, he had told him that his kids look pretty,
The tactic looks cliche but works always, ahjussi knelt down at Mr Jung's feet pleading for mercy, then Mr Jung showed him a picture of Chang Ho and instructs him that if questioned, he must say it was Chang Ho who came to make a report.

She tries to assure herself that listening to that music doesn't prove Mr Jung as the murderer, it must have been a coincidence,

But then 'coincidence' doesn't seem to make sense to her, back in the interrogation room, Mr Jung must have specifically hired her as his attorney because he knows too well that she's been through the same situation, and he's earned her sympathy.
