jihoon calmly strolled down the street of a town that he did not know the name of, cold metal stinging his resting hand within his pocket. the streetlights in the night flickered softly, casting dim light over the dark cement.
his gloved hands left no trace upon his items, and his presence went unnoticed by locals as he really wasn't something to look at.
spotting the flash of rushing water to the side as signs of life diminished, jihoon grinned softly, pulling a hand out of his jacket pocket to grab something in his pant pocket.
seeing the young woman standing beside the river, he grinned even wider. "yah." he addressed loudly to the girl, causing her to turn and look at him.
pulling out the item from his pant pocket, he flung it out towards the girl.
the female's smile faded to nothing as the blood trickled down her face, body falling back into the river. the knife driven in her skull had instantly killed her, it's sharp edge penetrating into the brain due to projectile power.
the body hit the rushing water with a splash, swiftly pushing it away, down its stream to wherever it ended.
without a reaction, jihoon headed back towards the city, mentally mourning the loss of that knife, but he couldn't risk pulling it out.
walking his way back to seoul, he let himself analyze what he just did and cursed himself.
"shit," he hissed, thinking about how he promised himself he would stop for samuel.
the younger blond boy was changing him - he always has, his optimism tempting jihoon to become something he knew would take a long period to model into.
samuel was messing with his mind now that he was maturing and wasn't a child anymore. jihoon couldn't tell if he enjoyed so or not.
either way if he wanted to change or not, if he enjoyed it or not, he wouldn't abandon samuel. their bond wasn't worth just leaving in the dust, their chemistry too important to both of them.
no matter what, samuel was his priority, his focus, his fuel to watch the sun rise every day.
