Okay so it's 3:26am here and I'm actually contemplating if MNET jacked up the votes because I feel they would and that they did

If anybody from NU'EST was to debut with Wanna-One, it would be Jonghyun or Dongho, Minhyun is one of those characters that is freaking amazing but very easy to overlook. He didn't even stand out that much during Always or Hands on Me, so it makes me wonder if MNET purposely jacked up the votes

Samuel also was fifth in episode ten so it honestly doesn't make sense that he would drop over ten spots, and even be lower than Hyeongseop, who, like Minhyun, is one of those super talented boys that don't stick out that much because of their calm nature or whatever

And as much as I freaking love Sungwoon, I find it so impossible that so many people would notice him during Showtime era and vote him up to third. He did get a lot of screen time but he's one of those guys that's kinda soft spoken and reserved for the most part, and I don't think the national producers looked for that

Guanlin too, there is no way that this talented, funny, stage stealer boy would drop so low to 20th. To get lower than Haknyeon is really something even with benefit (not because Haknyeon is untalented but because of the poor boy's controversies). Guanlin has also steadily been a higher ranking trainee with extremely dedicated fans that love him lots, so to get 20th seems irrational.

Suddenly jumping up to be in the top 11 is irrational too, if fans stopped voting for him to get 20th, they wouldn't pity vote him back up into the top 11. I think he was in the top 11 in the 10th episode but MNET needed drama because the boys became so close that there was none except for the cheery battles for center.

Also, Minki got 20th spot, which is difficult to wrap my head around, because 1) he's our sassy funky sista, 2) shoulder gangster, 3) talent, 4) NU'EST, 5) legendary personality, and finally 6) a god's visuals

Aside from that, I'm actually a little pissed that people wanted all of NU'EST in the top 11 but totally forgot about Minki. Um, hello, Minki is a talented queen that deserves to re-debut.

Okay this was a very sleepy author that wanted to rant about something that can't really be changed lmao

Also you should so listen to Shine Forever by Monsta X if you haven't already. You won't regret it
