Four Years Forward - Chapter 3

Grayson and I made the move to North Carolina and everything from our apartment didn't even fill the bottom floor of our new house. Harley was definitely enjoying all of the space now though especially in the backyard.

I sat in the living room, which was the only house in the living room that was near done. I planned out the wedding and it was a lot of work. I got my mom to send out the invites today, but we still wouldn't reveal why we wanted to get married right away.

When I went to the doctor this morning, I found out that I was about five weeks along. Which made me due in about August.

"How's it coming?" Grayson asked as he sat down next to me

"I got bridesmaids and bridesmaids dresses picked out, along with flowers, a DJ, my mom booked the officiant and the photographer, our moms took care of the guest list too. Some of my friends, our moms, and sisters are coming up here to go dress shopping on Friday. Instead of gifts, I told everyone to donate to your dad's memorial." I told Grayson

He smiled, "A, that's great."

"Did you know Madison and Blake are having a kid together?" Grayson bought up

I scoffed, "How the hell did that happen?"

"Blake said a one night stand that is leading to an eighteen-year contract." Grayson joked

"Did you tell him about our kid?" I asked him

Grayson shook his head, "I wanted to wait until you gave me the okay."

"Grayson, it's okay. Tell him whenever. It's your kid too." I responded

"I was thinking at the wedding we could announce the pregnancy. In some super cute way. Only if it's okay with you." I proposed

Grayson smiled, "It's more than okay with me. Okay take a break from wedding planning, I need to show you something before you start on your hundredth nap of the day."

I moved all of the notebooks, folders, and the computer to the floor. Grayson helped me up and led me outside of the house.

I saw a white BMW with a bow on it.

"The newest BMW X5 for the mother of my kid. I traded the old one in, time for something fresh and new." Grayson smiled as I stood in shock

I opened the passenger's door, "Oh my gosh Grayson it's beautiful. The back seat is so spacious, this is perfect."

"I love it, so much thank you." I smiled as I gave him a kiss and a hug

"Alright, come see my new whip." Grayson smiled as he opened the garage door

"A Range Rover 5.0L Supercharged Autobiography." He smiled proudly as he opened up the passenger's door "TVs for the kid."

I smiled as I wrapped my arm around him, "I'm so proud of you babe. Let's take it on a ride, we need to go to the grocery store."

I looked at my outfit a sweatshirt, leggings, and furry Ugg moccasins, who cares.

"Alright, go park your's in the garage." Gray smiled as he handed me the BMW keys

I grinned as I got into the driver's seat. I adjusted it first and enjoyed the new car smell. I opened up the garage door with the remote Grayson already put in there and pulled it in.

I put the car in park and turned it off. I climbed out of the car, locked it, and closed the garage door.

Then I got into the front passenger's seat of Grayson's car and then he walked around and got into the driver's seat.
