Our sweet twins, Luke Aiden Cooper and Lennox Grace Cooper were born at thirty-five weeks. It as definitely one of the best days of my life.

Grayson and I were tired waking up in the middle of the night to feed them, but that didn't matter because we loved them. Grayson and I did do a lot of cheesy family things. Like basic beach pictures when we went on vacation, going all out for Christmas, and Easter.

I loved every second of being a parent.

Which is probably made us want to try again.

I had my second son, Carson Gray Cooper when the twins were two.

The twins were full of life and always so eager to help. My oldest (by a few minutes) Luke was kind and outgoing he looked identical to his dad. My sweet little girl Lennox had curly blonde hair courtesy of me and beautiful blue eyes from her dad.

Lennox loved to dance around the house so I enrolled her in dance, but she loved every second of it. Grayson and I exposed Luke and Carson to so many sports like baseball, basketball, and football. Their Cooper blood was set on football. At seven, Luke was in pee-wee while Carson did flag football.

As for Grayson's football career, he loved every second of playing for the Carolina Panthers. The kids and I were happy to come support him.

We also found out something else that year.

"Oh my gosh, Mrs. Cooper! Looks like you have another set of twins on the way." The same lady who announced my first pregnancy to me

Grayson and I just about passed out when we heard that.

As if Grayson wasn't already protective over his only little girl, God blessed him with two more. To top it off, they were identical twins.

Jane Amelia Cooper and Ainsley Joy Cooper were born when our first set of twins were eight and little Carson was five.

If you would have told Grayson and I five years ago that we would have had five kids, we would have never believed you.

However, my identical twins had brunette hair like their dad and my eyes.

Four years later, God decided to bless us again with another baby, with that c-section I also got my tubes tied.

Gabriel Jude Cooper was our last little baby of the Cooper clan.

Six kids was enough.

Thank God for Garret Cooper giving us everything otherwise my kids might not be going to college.

Being a big family didn't stop us from doing cheesy things. Through dance and football practices we still made time for dinner and I made sure that Sunday's were family days. I knew that in a few short years that sixteen-year-olds would want to go out instead of party with their family.

A family of eight indeed.

I went from being a heartbroken, closed off, seventeen-year-old cheerleader who got my life changed by a 6'2, handsome, strong, football player. The football player who was now my husband.

My husband, forever. Grayson made flowers grow in the darkest parts of me, he broke down a huge wall, and won my heart. All it took was for me to run the track, get into a fight with him, for me to talk to him, for us to text, for us to FaceTime, for us to ditch school, for us to kiss, for us to fight, for us to make up again, for us to have drunk sex, to becoming his girlfriend, to living together, to being proposed to, to getting married, starting a family, and us falling in love.

Twenty years ago, if you told me I'd would be married to Grayson Luke Cooper and have four kids with him, I would have thought you were on drugs. Without Grayson, I'd probably be six feet underground in my final resting place. With Grayson, I had a house full of six energetic kids, I never had to worried if I was loved, I'd never have to worry about being left. He proved everything to me, he is everything to me. With every word, every touch, every ring, every promise, and every tattoo. Grayson is a part of me, always and forever.

I love that man with all of my heart and I prayed he knew that. I prayed when I came to Tampa that I'd never let a boy in. I didn't let a boy in. I let a man in.
