Ten minutes left

Ten minutes until you can let go of all this pain, all this suffering. Ten minutes until you can finally be free of everything that has burdened you, ten minutes until you can grab ahold of freedom.

Your eyes teared up as you stared at the ground from the roof, remembering the things that had scarred you so badly that it caused you to stand at the top of the school building, waiting to jump off in ten minutes.

All the torturing, teasing, and tormenting that students directed towards you. The constant name calling that girls would shout when you walk through the halls, all of it could end in just ten minutes.

Nine minutes left

Nine minutes left until you can forget about the horrible thing the students would call you,

"Orphan!"

The word repeated in your head, taking over your thoughts as you screamed at nothing.

Orphan, orphan, orphan. That's all you are Y/N, even your parents couldn't love you. How do you expect others to? You got into this school with a scholarship. You're worthless. You're nothing.

Eight minutes left

"Get out of my head!" You yelled, tugging at your hair while your eyes widened in horror, the voices wouldn't stop. They wouldn't leave.

Only eight minutes left, and you could finally let go. People wouldn't care about your death, no one cares about you, that's what you've been told your whole life.

No one was there to comfort you, no one was there who could help you, absolutely no one. You were so lonely in such a huge world, you felt useless.

Teachers at the famous Ouran High School pitied you, the students hate you, everything has absolutely gone wrong for you. You didn't want this life, it's not like anyone does, but for some reason, fate decided to put you here.

Seven minutes left

"I can wait seven more minutes, I can do this," You took deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling at a steady pace while you sat down, waiting for the clock to strike four.

You didn't choose four o'clock randomly, there was a reason behind it. Four o'clock was the time you finally stopped trying. You stopped trying to fit in, you stopped trying to be perfect, you stopped trying to live.

You hated everything about yourself, you didn't have any family at all. No one adopted you from the orphanage so it forced you to leave and start making money off of a part-time job.

You were only able to afford a tiny basement suite below a guy who was always smoking and drinking, filling the house with a terrible scent.

It wasn't like you were living like a human, it's just like you're surviving.

Six minutes left

At one point, you thought you would be able to fit in. You had a few close friends in this school, who stood by your side and comforted you, until you met a boy. A boy who completely tore your whole world apart.
