*1 WEEK LATER*
Another day of torture, yay. I put on my uniform and walked to school. My mom already left for work so I just left. I put my new wireless earbuds in and listened to music as I walked. "Yeonnie!" I turned around and saw Sumin. I took my earbuds out. "Soyeon, are you ok? It sounded like things got bad," Sumin asked concerned.
~ Flashback ~
"Jung Soyeon! What is that?!" My mom yelled at me. The bottom of my dress was torn a little. "I slipped and it tore," I told her quietly. Truth, it tore when Youngmin pulled me down. Not his fault though. "Why are you so clumsy?!" My mother yelled again. "Were you alone?" My father asked. I nodded. "Good, that would embarrass our family" my dad told me. And then, my mom slapped me, again. This time, she wasn't wearing rings. She pushed me down and I was on my knees again. My mom hit me really hard and slammed her foot to my back. "You better wear something that covers your back or you'll be sorry," my dad warned me.
~ Back to normal time ~
"Over text, it might sound a little worse," I told her. She patted my back, not knowing that was where it was sore. I winced in pain and she immediately noticed. "Oh, I'm so sorry Soyeon", she said. I just nodded. As we got to school, the same thing happened. People parted and made a path for us. Sumin's locker is right by mine so it was convenient. "Soyeon!" I hear someone call. I'm used people calling my name but I recognized his voice. "Youngmin?"
He walked up to us and said hi to Sumin. "I didn't know you went to our school," Sumin told him. He shrugged and said," I guess I'm not as popular as you guys". Sumin and I laughed and I asked," What do you need?" "You wanna sit with my friends at lunch?" He asked Sumin and I. We nodded and he walked back to where he came from. Sumin and I got books from our locker and walked to class.
As we walked into class, we immediately found Eunbi. I sat down next to her and so did Sumin. "I'm guessing you talked to Youngmin. You know, he's pretty popular," Eunbi said as we sat down. "I wonder if his fangirls are going to kill me now," I said to them. Sumin scoffed and said," Your fanboys will stick up for you. Plus, everyone is saying you guys are cute together." Sun I started wigging her eyebrows.
"I ship it."
~ Time skip ~
"Soyeon, over here!" I heard someone yell. I looked over and saw Youngmin waving towards us. Eunbi, Sumin and I walked to his table and sat down. "I hope you remember my friends," he said as we sat down. "Woojin, Daehwi and Samuel," I said pointing to each one of them. Youngmin nodded like he was impressed. I noticed Eunbi kept picking at her food, trying not to look at each of them. I kinda did the same. "Wow, you girls are quiet. Just like Woojin," Daehwi said. Woojin smacked him on the arm and Daehwi held his hands up in defense. "I need to go to the bathroom," I said suddenly. I really did need to use it.
As I walked out of the girls bathroom, I was pulled onto the wall. There was girl standing in front of me.
"Hi, Jung Soyeon."
"Who are you and can you let go of my arms?" I asked. She rolled her eyes and said," I'm telling you this one time so you better listen. Youngmin is mine. I don't care if you're the famous Jung Soyeon or not. Youngmin is off limits so you better says away from him or else something is going to happen to this pretty little face of yours". Then, she slapped me hard on the cheek. Suddenly, she got pushed out of the way by someone. She stumbled until she fell down. "Yah! Who do yo-" she stopped talking as she looked up.
"Don't you dare hurt her," he growled at her. "But Youngminnie! You're mine, not hers," she whined. Youngmin glared at her and said," I'm not anyone's because I'm not a toy. Now, don't lay another finger on her". She ran away and Youngmin looked back at me. "Are you ok?" He asked as he caressed my cheek. "I-I'm f-fine," I stuttered. "Did the famous Soyeon stutter because of me," he asked, smirking. Then, he leaned down a little.
