Eventually we had to go to school. However Paul was being scorted by a cop most of the days and used his wheelchair. I admit that it was fun carrying him on the school. The first day when we entered Mr. Gomez's class we all found a book with a lock and a key.

- Good morning everyone please have a seat and do not, I repeat, DO NOT open the book in front of you. -Mr. Gomez adressed the class once everyone entered.- Today we are going to start our main task of the year.  Each and everyone of you have a book with a lock and a key in front of you. I have the master key. You will write each month something about you. No longer than 200 words. Since you guys are in senior year I expect you to be smart, write something good. I don't want a story about your life. I want a profound reflexion about your life and I want you to do it in class. You can carry the book with you and sketch things. You will have time in class and... -he said as he started writing his phone number on the whiteboard- if you want help with your writing call me. I don't care what time you do. I will be the only one reading so tell me anything.

A history of Paul I

So, doing this is not easy. I don't really know what to talk about so I decided to write about Clara and I, you (Mr. Gómez) have never actually heard of her. She was my bff (best friend forever), when I met her she had ice cream on her face and was trying to flirt with me. We were 9. Eventually she saw that she had nothing to do about me... and her. It didn't took long for the awkwardness to flee and when it did. OH BOY WHEN IT DID. I remember once that we were at the pool and my mother came out and saw us spitting watter one on each other. She looked at us weird and told me to go to her:
 - Paul -she said- are you guys, Clara and you... dating?
 - Mom, no ewww -I said
- JESUS ROBIN, PAUL AND I? -Clara screamed- HE IS LIKE THE UGLIEST GUY ON EARTH!! and he is kinda gay.
- Paul, are you gay? -my mother asked me
- WHAT? NO -I answered back- what is it that either I like Clara or I am gay? If most of the girls look like Clara definitelly I'm gay.-I then turned to Clara and screamed- YOU ARE UGLY
- WELL, LOOK WHO TALKS -Clara screamed back

I guess that conversation explains our friendship enough. We were two really weird people who just happened to be boy and girl. When she left I really hated myself. My last words were "I hope your ugly face falls from a cliff" and their car had an accident. When I heard it my heart crushed. I started telling her I loved her more and eventually my mom asked me the same thing. "JESUS MOM, CLARA AND I? SHE IS LIKE THE UGLIEST GIRL ON EART!!" I answered back, it was really fun having her close and when she left to Manchester I really felt my life was crushing me. However skype is nice and I managed to keep most of our friendship intact.

Mr. Gómez's notes: Hello Paul, I have to say that I knew about Clara and you, Ms. Parks gave me all your records and while you talked with Clara I read about her. Presenting her in this way is really really cool but (and this is only to give you ideas for your writing) why did you felt so attached to her? People used to say that you both were together and none of you ever said anything against those rumors. Have you ever considered that what Clara thought was true? All in all good writing, we may have our next Shakespeare here :)

Autor here; I am writing this chapter in two parts because I don't want to make this chapter too big. I will join both stories, the one's written for Mr. Gómez's assignments and the main story. This part of the chapter is dedicated to NerdOut Music, which is a group of guys who make really cool Nerdy music (as the name says). I dedicate this chapter to them because I listen to them while I write. Well, I better start part 2:)
