Suki's PoV:

I enter the training room once again for my second day of endurance. After I woke up yesterday, I learned that Tyler had gotten really upset with Raiden and that the older male won't be allowed to train me anymore. Haruka said that the reason is simply because Tyler was so mad, which makes me feel kinda guilty since he was only trying to help.

I'll talk to Raiden about it later.

I go over to Haruka with a smile, and she smiles back. The brunette proceeds to lead me over to one of the further back walls covered in weights and other similar things. I shoot a questioning look at her.

"Don't worry these aren't for you to use, not yet at least. This exercise will test your knowledge of the things and people around you."

"So, what am I going to do?" I ask in skepticism.

"I will ask you questions, and you will answer them," she replies, pushing a lock of light brown hair behind her ear. I nod an okay then realize something.

"Wasn't I supposed to do endurance training today?"

She scrashes her cheek and explains, "well, Tyler and I decided that after what happened yesterday that you deserved a break from physical strain."

I nod once again, "okay, I guess that I don't have a problem with that."

"Good. Question One: how much can Tyler lift?"

I rub the back of my neck and look away awkwardly. "Um...250 pounds?"

"Close. It's 295. Question Two: how old is each Sage?"

"Tyler is 16, Raiden is...20, John is 24, and you are 21."

"You got three out of four right. Raiden is actually 19. He'll be 20 in a couple of months. Question Three: how tall are each of the Sages?"

"Oh damn. Um, Tyler is 5'8, Raiden is 6'1, you are 5'4, and John is 5'11.

"...all are correct."

How in the world did I guess those correctly?!

"Last question: what are our eye colors?" Before she even gets the question out of her mouth, she closes her eyes tightly.

"Your's are bright green like the top leaves on trees, Tyler's are a stormy silver, Raiden's are deep blue like the deep ocean, and John's are maroon-almost the same color as blood."

"Perfect. How did you remember?" Haruka asks, green eyes alive with amazement and wonder.

I giggle, "I've always thought it was better to make eye contact with others, so I usually remember people's eye color."

She smiles gently then beckons me to follow her once again. Haruka goes down corridor after corridor as I follow close behind. We eventually enter another room that's pitch black.

"Now I want you to find five objects in this room."

I whirl around and stare at the older female in disbelief. "You want me to what?"

Haruka simply smiles then shuts the door, cutting off my only light source.

How in the world am I to do this?

"First object: a pair of slippers," Haruka simi-shouts from the other side of the door.

Well crap! I guess here goes nothing.
