Chapter 12: Seventh Grade Memories

            {based on a true story *different names used}

              I remember what I felt, experienced, and learned from seventh grade.I learned from my ups and downs seventh grade has been amazing and I miss going to school even though at the beginning of school I had a rough start. I had trouble because at the beginning Sophia was always trying to provoke me by acting all nice around Alexis and Veronica and interrupting our conversations I didn't let her provoke me I stayed calm. Sophia eventually gave up because she got tired that I never fell for her trick. I never once said anything about Sophia to Alexis and Veronica. Siena and I are like the only ones that knew the real Sophia.

     I cannot recognize Sophia many times she tried to make Siena stop being friends with me but Siena already knew how Sophia was and didn't fall for her trick. I can't believe I was ever friends with her. All the boy drama is solved because all summer I may not see them when I return to school hopefully I won't like the boys. I will have different teachers but I will never forget them. I remember when I began 7th grade I thought the school was huge it took me a while to adjust to my school. I am going to reflect on what I am going to do next school year.

        I remember the first day of school I got lost on campus before school started. I had to text my friends to help me. I was lucky I got to class on time. There are many things that I hide from my friends because some wouldn't understand how I feel. Believe it or not we all have secrets we cannot tell others about.

     Siena knows some of the things about my life but not everything. Sometimes you cannot trust everyone you never know who keeps your secrets and who tells others. This year I have been more cautious with my secrets. Many times many of my friends try to get me to tell them who I like but I am not going to be the same naive girl who would trust everyone with my secrets.

        I remember one day I was walking in the school hallways and a couple was making out I walked past them. Then I pretended like I didn't see anything. There were also many fights between boys on the campus. I remember seeing something very disturbing Victoria was texting her boyfriend and she wanted to show me something but instead I ended up seeing something else. The way she texted with him the words they used. She then apologized for me having to see that.

     My school had a vending machine and many kids were always in line then I saw there was a gatorade vending machine the gatorade tasted horrible. Then in the last 6 weeks of school they replaced the horrible gatorade with other flavors that were better. Before replacing the gatorade there were only two flavors. I rarely ever drink gatorade. I drink more water than gatorade.
