She stared right into my eyes and gave me a huge smile. I have no idea whether to be furious or elated by that. "Listen to me Christopher, things are just going to get weirder from now on and i want you to trust me, is that alright?"
"What have you done to me?!", Aelia stepped back and walked in circle explaining to me what happened.
"Look, i'm not schizophrenic. Remember the question i asked you yesterday? Everyone kept giving me wrong answers and you, Christopher Sally Gnaut, told me one of the most beautiful answer and i just can't skip the opportunity to give you the ability."
"I just said you were strong and that's it... What are you?!"
"Like i said, i'm a binder and i can do a lot of things with my mind and one of the thing is reading people's mind. Like how i read your friend's mind who casually just gave up your middle name to me and how he really feels about you."
"Ty... Wait, what do you mean by what he really feels about me...?"
"Oh, he's in love with you."
"No--no, he's my best friend. I think you're mistaken for someone else's mind."
"What? The same old best friend you know for years and he did not bother telling you that he's gay?", she said and i was speechless.
She gave me a smirk and replied, "Oh come on, he never fails to comment about my outfit every single day and besides i see the way he looks at you when you're not looking."
"You-- you have no right to tell me all of this.", i told her while clenching my fist.
"You rather wait for years for him to tell you? I know you're not the patient type.", she said and left me alone at the rooftop. When it was time for class to begin, Ty was sitting on my desk and waved at me. "Look, she's wearing that same old black clothes again. What a bore."
There were tons things going through my mind. "Ty-- ah, nevermind."
Ty could only shoot me a curious expression and said, "What? Something's on your mind?"
"It's nothing."
Ty kept quiet and went to his sit without anymore words from him. There were tons of voices in my head but a specific voice overpowered the rest by saying, "I apologize for what i said earlier on... Ty just needs the time to personally tell you."
"Stop it!", everyone was shocked and stared at me with confused expression on their faces. "I mean ---"
"Mr Gnaut, would you please explain to the class why did Shakespeare wrote Hamlet?", Mr Lewis asked me.
"It was believed that Shakespeare wrote the play for his son who died of an unknown illness.", Aelia told me telepathically.
"Uh-- It was believed that Shakespeare wrote the play for his son who died of an unknown illness...?", i said.
"Is that a question, Mr Gnaut?"
"No-- no, that's my answer, Sir.", i said.
"Pay attention, Mr Gnaut.", i nodded my head and covered my face.
I cowered myself and when class was over, Ty went up to me and asked whether if i'm free. "Sorry Ty, erm-- i'm meeting someone."
"Woah wait, do you mean that you're seeing someone?"
"NO! It's not that, it's just complicated. Sorry Ty, maybe some other time. I'll call you up later.", just as i was about to leave the classroom, Ty replied with an annoyance in his tone. "What happened to you? Ever since you spoke with that freaky alien, you've changed. It's only been a day Chris..."
