I couldn't sleep the whole night. I was busy writing down what i just discovered about Fabio and the list goes on and on. When it was sunrise, i quietly changed and brushed my teeth and sneakily made my way out of the house. I ran the whole way to Aelia's house and rang her doorbell multiple times.
"Aelia! Open the door!!"
When she opened it, she was half awake while brushing her teeth. She seemed so confused because it was 6am in the morning.
"This better be an emergency..."
"Oh, it is. I have to tell you something about Fabio."
She grabbed my hand and pulled me inside of her house and 10 minutes later, she was ready to hear what i was about to say.
"Do you know Fabio hates the library?", i asked her.
"It can't be. He kept telling me about how he loved books and reading."
"Well, i asked my mother and she revealed to me that Fabio hates the library and he had an interest on supernatural human beings.", i handed her the piece of paper and she read everything i wrote.
Her face was in shocked and in disbelief. "No -- no. It can't be. He seemed like an ordinary human being. He can't be a binder!", she was shaking and there was fear in her voice.
I looked at her and not only her hands was unsteady but she started to tear up but she didn't noticed it. I took away the piece of paper and gave her a hug. "I'm sorry."
"He lied to me. Every single word he said was a lie and i believed him."
"No, not every word was a lie. I know that he truly was in love with you."
"No he wasn't. He was immortal and i killed him.He made me kill my kin and not even once did i read his mind because i trusted him so much not to do so."
"It wasn't your fault. Stop blaming yourself. Trust me, he did loved you."
"You don't know him like i do. So stop saying that!", we were having a conversation mentally and i just couldn't keep the secret anymore. So i yelled out.
"Because he was the one who passed me his ability! He was the one who i saw in my dream.", she pushed me away and suddenly she collapse on the floor squeezing her head.
"Aelia! What's wrong?!"
"Don't--come near me...", she collapsed on the floor.
"Trying to learn Bahasa Indonesia, huh?", he crept up to me close but i avoided him. I made my way to an empty corner and read on my floor instead. I wasn't a big fan of sitting down on a chair and reading. It wasn't comfortable. I was reading half through and he decided to sit beside me.
"I'm Fabio Sails and you are?"
"I'm reading my book. Will you excuse me..." i quickly picked up my book and got up but he grabbed my hand and said, "Ke mana kamu pergi?" (Where are you going?)
He caught my attention and i replied, "Anda tahu bahasa indonesia?" (You know indonesian language?)
He smiled and nodded his head. I sat back down and introduced myself to him. "I'm Aelia Pryse. When did you learn Indonesian language?"
"My mother was from Indonesia and she thought me indonesian language. My father was from Mexico. They passed away when i was 6 years old and i was adopted at 8 years old."
"I'm sorry to hear that. My mother passed as well and she was a single parent. I'm not adopted or anything."
"It's fine... You grew up alone, huh?", he asked.
