Identity Revealed

I still couldn't believe my eyes as Billy's soul was right infront of me. Than held a hand up for me and i took it.

"The deal is sealed then."

"Wait, what happened?", i asked.

"You just took my hand and the deal is sealed. You'll be feeling nauseous in 3, 2, 1...", i fainted and the last thing i saw was Than's face.

I then woke up in an empty field once more and this time, it was Aelia standing in the middle of it. She was staring at me and with a curious look.

"You saved me."

I went up to her closer and she backed away slowly as if she was afraid of me. "What have you done."

"Aelia, i was just trying to save you. You deserved a normal life."

"I wanted to die! I wanted to see Fabio again! The only person who i truly love has been taken away from me and it's all because of you!", she started sobbing and everything started to fade away.

I woke up sweating from the dream and Than was no where to be found in the room. I took a glance at my wrist and the bracelet was gone. My head was throbbing uncontrollably but i still had the strength to stand up.

"Chris... I lost Aelia! I was sleeping and then the next thing i know, she was gone!"

"Ty, you have to find her. She still thinks it's the 1500s."

"You-- you accepted the deal."

"Yes and it's only temporary. She'll get her abilities and memories back once that demon prince is defeated."

"Well- well, you're in no condition to move.", Than appeared before my eyes and i fell to the floor but he caught me just in time.

He layed me back on the bed and brought me a cup of tea. "You have to rest."

"You-- I thought you couldn't accept to my terms...", my voice was soar and husky. I was dehydrated after all that fainting.

"I am no god but i did my research and apparently it was fine. While you were in the library, i was doing my own thing. What? Did it ever occur to you, i left you alone in the library purposely?"

My image of him was hazzy and before i passed out one more time, i told him what i was thinking in my mind. "You're like a guardian angel."

All i could see was wind blowing through the trees and the sun shining from the distance. Everything around me was peaceful and there was no sense of urgency or panic around me. I knew that i was dreaming as this could never be real. My reality was way worse than this and maybe just maybe this was what i needed.

A serenity of flowers blooming and nothing pressuring me to do anything. Far off the distance as i took a closer look, there he was sitting under a hollow tree drawing on a canvas. I thought this would be a peaceful dream but he appeared once again...

"Why are you popping up in my dreams again, Merlin?"

"Take a deep breath and take it all in before snapping back to reality. I'm here for some peace and quiet."

"Don't you had enough of it? It's time to face your reality. It's because of you that i'm facing such a hellhole. Where were you when i needed you the most?", i asked but he continued drawing on his canvas ignoring my question.

"Fine. Don't answer me and that's ok but listen to this, how is it possible that the great and powerful Merlin abandon the mess he made in the first place? Take that into consideration."
