It had been four days since Superman had told his son he was no longer allowed to date the son of batman. Due to the fact that he didn't trust, nor like the boy.
Jon refused at first, but being the good child he is, he finally gave in. Jon was very aware of the pain he would cause both Damian and him.
A week later, Jon had finally broke things off with the other boy.

Damian ran into the arms of the other boy only to be pushed back a second later. He made a second attempt, but was stopped by Jon's hands blocking him from getting near.
"Damian stop." Jon begged, realizing that this would be much harder than he had anticipated.
"What's wrong Jon?" Damian asked; Jon had never rejected his hugs before, mostly because Damian very rarely hugged him.
"I'm so done with this." Jon harshly spoke.
"Done with what?" Damian questioned.
"Us. I don't know how to put this without hurting you, but I don't want to be with you anymore. It's over Damian." Jon finally announced. He held back his tears, not wanting the other boy to know that he was hurt by this decision as well.
'Oh', was all Damian managed to get out of his mouth. Not wanting to know the reason behind it.
"I'm sor-" Jon was interrupted by the sound of Damian running away. Part of him wanted to chase after him, but deep down inside he knew this was for the best.

A week had now past since Jon had informed Damian that they were through.
In that week, Jon had done nothing but lock himself in his room and sob. Both of his parents tried desperately to talk to him; he refused to do so. It hurt his dear mother to see her son in so much pain.
Meanwhile in the Wayne household:
Things were far much worse for Damian. From refusing to eat and destroying everything in his room, the unexpected break up effected him in the worse way possible.
Damian had accepted the fact that he was not good enough for Jon and that was the reason for the break up. He had always believed that; it just hurt more hearing it being said.
Alfred had attempted to talk to the younger boy while serving him his favorite food, only to have Damian smack the tray out of his hands and speak only one word: "out!"
Alfred left, hurt knowing that Damian was extremely unhappy.
The rest of the Wayne household had tried to comfort him, only to be scolded by the hurt boy.
It was when Bruce found out that someone had finally taken action on what had happen.
He hopped into his car and raced over to Hamilton County, ready to teach the younger Kent a lesson.
As soon as he arrived, Bruce banged on the door. Clark soon opened surprised at the fact that Bruce was outside.
"Hi br-" Clark was interrupted by an angry Bruce.
