Chapter Nine

Daya's P.O.V.

Oh Damn. I'm screwed.

When I looked down at my right leg I screamed. Like a full blown, ear splitting scream. Why am I screaming? Well, ask you can see there is something completely wrong with my leg... specifically my foot.

It bent into a totally different position than it's original position. My right foot is bent towards my left foot. And now the pain is starting to catch up with me, no wonder I was limping, my damn foot is broken.

I fell down crying in pain, but before I hit the ground I was swooped up by, who I'm assuming is my dickhead of a mate, Kaden.

"What happened? Are you okay!?" He panicked, while checking my body.

"Look at my fucking foot!!! How do you think I'm doing!" I yelled at him writhing in pain.

He looked down to my foot and winced. Him holding me is actually making me feel a little better, but I wouldn't admit that to him at this time. I'm still mad at him, so I don't want to feel this way right now.

"You should be healing. Why aren't you healing?" He questioned again, losing his cool seeing me in pain.

I didn't say anything and sobbed away. Why isn't he getting help!?

"Shift into your wolf so you can heal faster." He instructed.

"I CAN'T SHIFT. Please just help me." I whimpered in pain.

I felt myself being lifted off of the ground. I let out another screech when my foot was lifted up. He carried me so that my legs were wrapped around his waist, face buried in his chest and him slightly holding my broken foot so that it wouldn't swing while he walked.

After a while, I calmed down and stopped crying. Well, tears were still coming out of my eyes but they were silent. I think he mind linked someone because they came rushing towards us in there wolf form, with clothes types to their ankle. I think it's Kaden's Beta James.

When James took in my condition his eyes softened and his wolf let out a small wine. He ran behind a tree shifting back into his human form. He was done in a matter of seconds and ran out to us.

"What happened?" He urged. He stared at my figure and that's when he caught sight of my foot.

"Ooh Shit! Are you okay!? She needs to go to the hospital! What the fuck happened to your foot!? It's twisted in an all new position. I think it's staring at me. Oh My Goodess." James ranted staring at foot with a horrified look.

The way he is talking his scaring me and causing me to go into a frenzy. When I panic it's not good I start cursing out loud and yelling and it's not a pretty picture.

"Then get me to a fucking hospital you idiots!!!" I blabbered screaming at them.

They looked a bit shocked by my out burst but complied and Kaden hurriedly rushed back to his pack. Even though I was in intense pain I had to suck it up. I told Kaden to run faster with alot of convincing that I would be fine, I was lying by the way. I just want this to be over with and the quicker he ran the faster we would get there.

To conceal my torture I bit down on Kaden's shoulder from screaming in pain.

When the house came into view I almost cried tears of joy and pain. He ran me through the doors and upstairs which I'm guessing is where the pack doctor is. I squeezed my eyes shut the pain becoming unbearable as he bolted up the stairs with James following behind. Kaden bust through a room door and rushed in to sit me on one of the beds.

"Dr. Scott!!!" He called out and the doctor rushed to his side.

"Why isn't she healing?" Dr.Scott acquired.

"I don't know just fix her!" Kaden demanded frustrated.

The doctor came up to me taking my twisted foot in his hands.

"This is going to hurt Luna. I'm sorry." He spook.

He gripped my foot causing pain to shoot through my body and twisted it back in place. I screamed like my life depended on it. It hurts so damn bad. It felt like I just stabbed my self in the eye with a fork. My eyes rolled to the back of my head and my body became numb and I felt myself losing concussion.

"Did you kill her?!" James hollard from the side of me like his usual self.

"Shut up James. Can't you be serious for one time in your life." Kaden grumbled and I felt him take my hand in his. If I had enough energy I would have pulled it away.

"I am serious. She looks so weak." James said rolling his eyes and crossing his arms.

Kaden huffed and tucked a piece of my hair behind my ear. Then I felt myself slowly drifting off to sleep. The last words I heard from Kaden were,

"Look at the mark on her arm... Is she who I think she is?" Then I passed out but not before thinking,

What is he talking about?
