"NATALIE WAKE UP!" A voice practically yelled as Natalie shot up to see Angel collapsed on her.

"What the hell, Angel?" Natalie asked in her tired voice with a groan.

"I got you back." Angel said with a grin on her face before Natalie pushed her off.

"Karma," Natalie stated with a smirk before Angel got off from the ground and glared at Natalie, playfully.

"Anyways, Jace needs us." Angel informed before Natalie sat up, got off from her bed and stood in front of her best friend as she rubbed her eyes to stay fully awake.

"Where?" Natalie questioned.

"At the police station." Angel responded before walking towards the door,"Now change, Alec and Izzy will be joining as well." she added as she shut the door before Natalie stretched and changed into a black t-shirt and some black skinny jeans that were cut off on the knees level with a pair of black boots.

Before leaving the room, she grabbed her leather jacket and put it on then went to the heart of the institute to find the two Lightwood siblings and Angel waiting for her. She sighed and gestured for them to go as they walked out of the institute along with Natalie behind them, not saying a word before looking at the younger Lightwood, she could tell something was different about her. it was her clothes, she didn't wanna say anything so she just let her be.

The four walked to the police station in silence as Alec gave Natalie a glance now and then. They stopped outside, waiting for Clary and Jace.

After a couple of minutes, the two came out and walked towards the four,"Someone called for back up?" Angel asked as she folded her arms over her chest.

"Yes, what took you guys so long?" Jace questioned.

"Funny, I was gonna ask the same thing," Alec stated sarcastically.

"It's complicated," Jace said.

"We found the cup," Clary said making Natalie's eyes widen.

"You found the what?" Angel repeated because she wanted to see if she heard it correctly.

"The cup?" Izzy said to clarify.

"Yeah, but then we lost it," Clary responded simply.

"You found it then lost it? Okay," Natalie said in a mocking tone as she nodded.

"We have to sneak back in to the precinct to get it," Clary replied making Angel look away with a cold look on her face.

"This is a disaster," Alec stated simply as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"Hey, demon pox is a disaster. This is. . an inconvenience. We just need a plan, that's all," Jace informed.

"What about a glamour?" Angel asked.

"We tried that. Anyone working with Valentine will see right through it." Jace replied making Angel nod at his response.
