"Do it." Jace challenged as the both breathed heavily making Natalie sit up, carefully,"DO IT!" Jace yelled again making Natalie jump slightly.

"I don't wanna be alive if we're on different sides, Alec!" Jace screamed at the boy making him face Natalie as she was stood there, staring at the two, frightened of what is happening in front of her and it wasn't until Alec saw the tears in her eyes, he realized what he had just done. His heart was shattered when he realized that he made her cry.

He fell apart inside at the thought of what he had just done to the boy he stood by his entire life and to the girl he was madly in love with.

The boy came to his senses and backed away from Jace and sat on the ground as he replayed of what he just did in his head.

Natalie helped Jace up and looked down at the boy.

"Come with us." The girl pleaded with tears still in her eyes as she was refusing them to fall.

"We'll fight Valentine the right way. Together." Jace added.

"Alec. Please." Natalie said as her voice was trembling.

"No." Alec replied with no emotions at all as Jace shook his head and quickly walked away making Natalie shake her head and start following him.

When she started walking away, she stopped, her back now facing the raven haired boy that was sat on the ground,"This was all a mistake," she whispered to herself as a tear fell to the ground.

"What was?" Alec asked as he perked his head up.

Natalie ignored him and continued walking."What was a mistake?!" He yelled making Natalie stop her steps and turn around slowly then glare at him as she was breathing heavily.

"Coming to this place and accidentally falling in love with you!" Natalie screamed back at him, the tears now falling from her eyes.

"It was falling in love with you. ." the girl repeated with mumbles as she looked down at the floor before wiping her eyes as she looked up at Alec who was just staring at her with guilt and sadness in his eyes.

She just shook her head and turned around and walked away from him. From the raven haired boy. From the boy she loved and will always love. From Alec.

Natalie was currently standing outside Hotel DuMort before Angel and Izzy soon joined her, they were waiting for Jace and Clary.

Simon needed to head back to his new home and Clary insisted on going with him, which meant the whole group had to go in order to keep her and the cup safe.

Natalie and Angel was standing meters away from Izzy and Meliorn. After walking out of Alec, Natalie wiped any evidence that she had been crying, she walked out with no emotions at all, and Angel and the others knew something was wrong, but they didn't say anything because her face warned them not to.

Eventually, Jace and Clary came out of Hotel DuMort as Angel ran into Jace with a hug, he jumped slightly but then he hugged back and smiled warmly on her neck. Clary then walked over to Natalie and furrowed her eyebrows at her,"Are you okay? You don't look okay." the red head asked the brunette who was replaying what had happened an hour ago over and over again in her head, like a loop before she perked her head up.
