ONCE THEY made it out of the institute, Jace tried ringing Clary, but she just won't answer. So they decided to go to Hotel DuMort, the four of them eventually arrived where they found Luke outside waiting. The group ran up to him and waited outside for Clary.

A few minutes later, Clary came running down the stairs, with Simon trailing behind her, looking very pale as she ran into Natalie's then Angel's arms,"Glad you're okay, Clars." Natalie said with a warm smile as the red head did so too.

"So, this is your safe hideout, huh?" Jace spoke up.

"What? Did you think the clave was gonna look in here?" Clary breathed out.

"Can we please focus on the matter at hand?" Izzy snapped,"Unless, no one here cares that the clave is planning on murdering Meliorn."

"What?" Clary asked in disbelief.

"They think Melihorn has more information on Valentine and the attack that he sent." Jace informed.

"They're taking him to the silent brothers." Izzy added, looking quite distraught.

"We have to stop them." Clary declared.

"That's the plan, Clary. Rescue recovery," Jace stated.

"We get him from the guards, in and out. No one gets hurt." Izzy announced as Angel nodded with her arms crossed over her chest.

"You want us to go up against the silent brothers and- and a league Shadowhunter guard unit?" Clary questioned.

"Without any back up?" Luke asked confused.

"Pretty much sums it up, yeah." Jace smirked goofily.

"Nope, probably too busy planning his wedding. ." Nat muttered bitterly to herself making Jace sigh,"No, not this time."

"If they're doing this to seelies, no downworlder is safe. But we can't go it alone, not if we don't wanna be detected." Clary stated.

"My pack will track the unit, create a distraction," Luke spoke up.

"I would suggest vampires, but I doubt they'll cooperate." Simon said.

"As much as I hate to agree with Simon, the vamps aren't exactly team players." Jace added.

"Let me talk to Raphael, I think I can persuade him." Clary suggested making Natalie nod as Jace gestured to everyone to go back inside to Hotel DuMort to convince the Vampires.

The group were now taking the back way to the silent brothers, with a pack of werewolves and vampires behind them, looking like badasses.

"This does not look like the city of bones." Clary declared as she looked around.

"This is the downworlder's entrance." Jace informed the red head.

"City of bones has a service entrance, perfect." Clary stated sarcastically.

"Okay, I hope I have better luck here than I did last time." Simon said sarcastically making Natalie smile softly,"Just saying." he added after he received a glare from Jace.
