Next Test

Ciel's Pov

Sage and I walk to the castle in silence.  As we get closer to the castle, there is also many other knights that went out to explore the city returning too.  Sage and I walk together and shortly after we arrive, the next test begins.

"The next test is going to be a mission that you have to complete.  You will be placed in groups of five and each of you will be judged based on how well you do.  The groups are...," the blonde haired knight announces all the groups.

"Group 48:  Edward, Dylan, Akira, Ciel, and Sage,"  the blonde haired knight announces.  Sage and I travel to the area where 48 is assigned and I see two males and a female.  I'm surprised that there is a girl in my group and she looks a couple years older than me.  There is no rule that only men can become knights but still not many girls choose to come knights.  Assuming she is Akira, I pay more attention to her because we are both girls who want to become knights.  Akira has scarlet red hair and brown eyes.  She's tall and has a serious look.  Moving on, I observe the two boys.  One has blonde hair and blue eyes.  He looks like a playboy and that he isn't so serious but looks can be deceiving.  The other has brown hair and eyes.  He has a cute image and is only a couple inches taller than me.

"My name is Edward," the blonde haired on introduces.

"I'm Dylan," the brown haired one says.

"You can call me Akira," she tells us but keeps her eyes on Sage.

"I'm Ciel and this is Sage," I say introducing us to them.  Sage only stares at them and nods his head before looking away.

"I know, you both attracted a lot of attention during the first test, especially Sage, your really awesome man," Edward say friendly.  He's close to us and a little to close for my liking.

"You, Sage, your strength is incredible, how ever the other one, did you really pass?  Your too small and look weak."  Akira says in a criticizing voice at my part but praying Sage for his.

"Appearance isn't anything.  Also your a girl, don't you think normally people would think that you would be weak because of you gender?  I haven't said anything to earn your disapproval, so I am kindly asking you to stop speaking ill of me right now," I say kindly in a threatening tone of voice.  Like before when I first met Sage, just because I've appeared to be more laid back, don't think I will be kind.  I'm cautious and normally don't get involved with others since I have to keep my secret.

"Ha!  Are you looking down on me because I'm a woman?"  Akira asks in a pissed of tone of voice.

"No, I'm not saying that you can't be strong because your a woman, I'm only asking that you don't judge me based on my appearance, after all, looks can be deceiving."  I say smiling darkly.

"Ok, ok, don't fight with the pretty lady Ciel," Edward tries to stop me from talking with Akira by standing in between us and I look away.

"Don't think I will be a kind person, in fact I normally choose not to get along with others due to my own reasons.  However, things seem to be more fun since I've met Sage earlier,  I must say that he has my respect," I say nodding in his direction.  "However as I haven't been myself, I will quit this act and return to how I was before, it is of no benefit to me if I lose focus of my goal." I say staring at Sage who looks at me with amused and curious eyes.
