Jealous

No, it's not the someone x Evan thing and Connor gets jealous...I wanted mine to be a little different. So yeah haha this is now like the part 3 of 'Popular' :D 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Connor and Evan have been together for a while now. It seems like everything is perfect. They love each other, they're now popular. But Connor is feeling a little left out. How? Well... If you do have someone popular behind your back, you'd expect for you yourself to become popular.

In Connor's life, it's not really like that. He's still left out. Some people may know him only as 'Evan's boyfriend' or 'Evan's Best friend' or 'That guy who loves Evan' And don't get him wrong, he loved to be known as Evans' but...Nobody really knew his name.

Nobody knew who 'Connor' was. Although, he didn't want to bother Evan with his own problems. He loves Evan so much that he's trying to ignore his own problems to make sure Evan's happy and problem free. 

But then...Few months later...

"Do you know that guy who loves Evan? Yeah I don't know his name honestly, but did you know they're like...super sweet together, I wish I had that kind of relationship." One girl said to her friends while walking down the hall. Connor could hear them, but he tried his best not to.

"Yeah, but I think Evan deserves someone better. Like that 'guy' isn't even popular. He deserves someone like me." The other girl said. This caught Connor's attention. He didn't really do anything, he just followed the girls to find out what else they were saying.

"Ugh! You know perfectly well that e's mine! He's waaaaay better off with me than anybody else." The third girl said, this just caused them to friendly fight. There were 2 things in Connor's head.

1.He felt so lucky to have Evan as his boyfriend,because at least he's definitely his.

2.What if the girls were right? What if Evan deserved someone better.

He went to class as the bell rang and sat right next to Evan. Somehow being beside him makes all his worries and problems go away. Since the teacher's still not there for a while Evan hugged Connor. They were seated in the back, so nobody would really  notice at all.

"Hey, Connor. You seem gloomy today is everything alright? I'm here to make it all better. What happened? Bullies again? Please tell me their names...Imma fite them.' Evan whispered on his ear. This made him giggle and hug Evan tight. "I'm just afraid to loose you...I feel like, you deserve someone better than me." He replied, trying his best not to tear up.

"C-connor no! D-don't say that...I love you...Nothing can possibly change that. Destiny made us meet and fell in love with each other for a reason. No one can ever be better than you." He kissed his cheek, making Connor blush so hard. 

"You truly are an angel from the heavens. Thank you Evan." 

The teacher went in and they pulled apart. They got ready for class. They would occasionally put their hands below their desks and hold each other's hand,making sure the teacher won't notice anything. They loves sitting in the back together, because no one can really see what they were doing.

Again, few more months have passed. Connor got a little distant.

"I'm sorry Evan I can't do this anymore.! Connor screamed. Evan's heart raised, he was really nervous. He didn't mean to make Connor mad. He honestly never did anything. "I-I...I'm sorry..." Evan said starting to tear up. "Oh no no no Sorry I didn't mean to make you cry I just-" Connor quickly ran to Evan and tried to comfort him.

"I'm just...Tired...Tired of being that guy that nobody knows..." 

"Wh-what?" Evan asked wiping his tears. "It's just...Everybody knows who you are...'Evan Hansen' the kid who helps people and is really nice. with his boy friend..." Connor looked down fidgeting with his hands.

"Look...I don't mind being known as your boyfriend. I really love it...but...They don't know who I am...They don't know my name, my personality...Because they always focus on...you..." He drifted off and laid on his bed.

"I'm sorry I sound selfish...I'm sorry Evan I shouldn't have said that...I'm happy for you...I'm happy that you're happy...Please forgive me..." Connor said now tearing up and looking at Evan straight in the eyes.

"I never knew you felt like that...I'm sorry too...I was concentrating on other people's problems when I forget to think that you might have your problems too...I was being so selfish as well...I promise to make it up to you...I'll show you how much I love you Connor...I promise..." Evan said as he laid on the bed beside Connor.

He cupped his face in one hand and the other holding his hand. He leaned forward and kissed him passionately. After a while they just cuddled there, like what they usually do.

~~~~~~Next day at school~~~~~

Evan had planned on what to do for Connor. It was lunch break, so he called everybody's attention. "Guys! I need to say something..." Evan said, trying to shout as loud as he can. "As you all know I have a boyfriend...And he obviously has a name." He held Connor's hand.

"He's helped me with my own problems...He's been there for me when I needed some one to be there. He's the reason why I smile, the reason I'm still....Alive...So please know that Connor Murphy...Is the best boyfriend I can ever ask for...Please know that...I love you Connor" He said as he turned to face Connor and kissed him in front of everyone. At this point he didn't care if anyone judged him.

He didn't care, because he felt so safe in Connor's arms. "I love you too Evan." He replied. Everyone said "Awwwww" except for the 3 girls awhile ago. They were in awe on the inside, but really jealous and mad on the outside. 

Connor and Evan were truly the perfect couple.
