(A short AN before the chapter.
I'm so sorry for the absence! These past few weeks, I've been packing and getting ready to move into a new house. Now that I've actually moved in, I've had more time to write, so the updates shouldn't be so far apart now.
There are only two more chapters left after this! Thank you all so much for reading, I really appreciate it! All of the votes and such really keep me motivated to keep writing.
That being said, after the next two chapters, I will be writing separate endings for each character. I have a few ideas in mind, but if you would like to see something specific in one of the endings, feel free to message me and I'll take your idea into consideration.
Now, onto the chapter!)
I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking at. I had just gotten home from going grocery shopping with Oliver and Haydn. The second we opened the door, we could hear yelling coming from the living room.
Haydn didn't care to listen to the bickering, so she dragged Oliver back out to continue bringing groceries into the kitchen. I remained against the wall near the entrance to the living room, listening in on everything that was going on.
"You stole her away," Allen was obviously really angry by the tone of his voice. "I was on my way to ask her to dance and you pulled her away before she could even see me."
"May I remind you that you had all danced with her already," Luciano sounded annoyed, but not angry yet. "I hadn't."
They must have been talking about the dance last night...
"You still upstaged us all," Zao joined in. "You were trying to seduce her, bringing her out to that pavilion, weren't you?"
"Is there a problem with that?" Luciano was obviously smirking.
"Bastard," Allen growled.
"You've even slept in her bed, haven't you?" even Matt was participating in this.
"Yes, but that was only because of how scared she got of the two of you," he retorted. "I wasn't the one giving her nightmares, you were."
"You might has well have been, after all you've done..." Matt muttered.
"Hey, I've slept in her bed, too," Zao bragged. "But not because she was scared."
I could hear a few of the boys getting ready to yell, but Kuro cut them off.
"That was the night you got her high," he said. "That shouldn't count."
"Think you could do better?" Zao snapped at him.
"I'll bet I could," Kuro accepted the invitation.
What the hell was going on...? They were all fighting....over me? But why?
"Oh, honestly, this is so exhausting," Lutz sighed. "Who else is going to fight over her?"
There was a moment of silence before Lutz let out a low whistle of surprise. There couldn't possibly be anymore than that...right?
"That's more than I expected."
"Tch. I can't believe this..." Luciano muttered.
"I guess this is what happens when a girl finally accepts and acknowledges us," Flavio laughed.
"I'm not going to lose," Allen spoke with determination.
I could hear somebody getting up from their seat, so I slipped into the kitchen so that I wouldn't be caught eavesdropping.
