14. One punch

You woke up to Kakuzu gently smiling in his sleep. His arms wrapped around your body, holding you close. You lent up and kissed him on his nose causing him to slowly open his eyes. "I wish I could wake up to this every morning", he chuckled, nuzzling into your neck. "Me too", you giggled, sending him an adorable smile. Suddenly the door slammed open. "Momma says get up!", yells Ella. You sit up and Ella runs over to you, grabbing your wrist. "Come on (Y/n) we have to go and have breakfast". You sigh and get out of bed, but you just stand there. "Come on". Ella goes behind you and begins pushing you forward, both hands on your ass. Kakuzu chuckles and lays back down. You look back at him and smirk. "Hey if I'm getting up, then you have to". He shakes his head and pulls the blankets over his head. "Hey Ella you can go downstairs I will get your brother up", you say. "Well good luck", she mutters walking out of the room. As soon as she is gone and the door is closed you jump on top of Kakuzu. "Hey come up you have to get up", you complain. He just grunts and tries to push you off. "You know I won't give up right". He grunts again, this time wrapping his arms around you and flipping you so he is on top. You lightly peck his lips and stare into his eyes. He smirks and goes to kiss you, but you turn your head. "You can have more kisses when you get up", you giggle. "Wow blackmail, real mature", he chuckled raising an eyebrow. "My specialty", you whisper seductively in his ear. He gets up, picking you up bridal style. He sits you on his knee and gently caresses your cheek, then pulls you in for a kiss. It was long and passionate, you instinctively wrapped your arms around neck. "I got up", he smirked.

You both walked down stairs and saw Ella staring at you with a disappointed look. "Can you two make out somewhere else?!". she growled. You smiled and ruffled her hair, walking into the kitchen with pink cheeks. Jodi smiled at you both as you entered. "Hey you two I made pancakes", she cheered. You thanked her and sat down next to Kakuzu, taking a large stack of pancakes and putting on your plate. "Are you sure your gonna be able to eat all that?", He asks, with raised eyebrows. "Yeah of course I can", you smirk. You were right, you ate then entire stack and a few extras, the only thing left was the sweet taste of maple syrup that was left in your mouth. Kakuzu was surprised by how much you could eat, it was about the same as him. "Jesus if both of you are eating like this we are gonna run out of food", Jodi chuckled. You smiled at her and took your plate up to the bench. Kakuzu went to go get changed and it was just you and Jodi. "Hey follow me and we will get you some clothes", she smiles. You nod and follow her to her room, she had the master bedroom. While she looking in her wardrobe you couldn't help but start crying. You let out a soft whimper as tears rolled down your cheeks. Jodi turned around and her eyes widened. "Darling whats wrong?". She laugh gently through the tears. "I've never had a mother who cares for me, mine is always yelling, calling me names and doesn't even love me, but meeting you makes me think this is what it must feel like to have someone who cares", you cry. Jodi hugs you, pulling you close to her. "Don't worry I accept you, I always will, you are the girl who makes my son happy and no matter what happens I will always be proud of you, if you mother doesn't love you I will and I do with all my heart", tears start running down her own cheeks. She pulls away from the hug and places her hand on your cheek. "So beautiful, I wouldn't ask for anything else in a daughter-in-law", she chuckled. You were interrupted by Kakuzu who poked his head around the door. "Hey are you two alright?", he asks. You giggle and nod. "Yeah we're fine, don't worry". He nods and leaves the room. "Anyway I have these clothes that might fit you, choose what you like". "Thank you". Jodi nods and leaves you to get dressed, you stare down at the clothing on the bed. You pick a pair of light blue jeans and a black and grey long sleeved top. You head out of the room and Kakuzu smiles at you. "You look beautiful", he says, taking both your hands. Your cheeks tint pink and you look down at your feet. "Aww you two are so cute", fangirled Jodi. Kakuzu sweat dropped and led you out the door to his car. "Time to go see the idiots", you giggle. Kakuzu ruffles your hair, quietly chuckling.
