Julia finished her bath, the scent of lilac filled her bed room. She went to her closet, picking the outfit that would set the mood. As she searched the massive room and she finally found it. She laid the outfit on her bed, waiting for the time to fly.
Sara looked at the person sitting on the edge of her bed. A smile swept across their face.
"Hello Sara."
The voice echoed in her ears, "Hello Dominique."
Dominique was a girlfriend from Sara's past. While in college the women had dated and things ended badly.
"Why are you here, Dominique?"
"I just came to see my favorite lady. I saw you leave with that business looking lady, wanted to make sure you got home safe."
"And your point is?"
"Why must you be so mean, Dominique got up from the bed and walked over to Sara, you know I still love you."
Sara rolled her eyes. Dominique grabbed Sara by the waist, pulling her body close. Tears began to cover Sara's face. "Please leave." Sara managed to speak through her tears. Dominique saw how upset she was getting and laughed.
Walking to the door she looked back at Sara "I'll be back." A slick grin came across her face and she blew a kiss to Sara. After Dominique walked out, Sara ran to the door and locked it. She knew she would have to change the locks again.
"Why does this always happen?" Sara thought as she paced her room. She looked at the clock and it read 4:35pm. "Ok, I have time for a nap to get over this." Sara thought again. She checked to see if her doors were locked and laid her head on her pillow. Slowly she drifted to sleep.
Waking up her clock read 6:45pm. Sara stretched, feeling her body relax from the stress before. She went to her bathroom, turning on her shower. After her shower she wrapped the towel around herself and started looking for an outfit. Unlike Julia she knew just what to wear.
