(Y/n)'s POV

No...Pearl, stop this! Stop fighting him! I don't want this!
Then you should've never gotten caught in the first place!
Stop hurting Sebastian!
You can't boss me around, I control this body now. Unfortunately, the fifth and final stage of your awakening was interrupted.
Tch, you cruel creature...

No matter what I did, I couldn't break the strong barrier that she had put up. I couldn't get through to Sebastian. My body was indeed starting to lose me. I was drifting further and further away.

I wanted to save everyone but all I did was get saved by everyone else...what can I do?

Liam's POV

I casted a spell which bound Katrina's hands and feet together.

"Liam Summers, free me at once! I am the only one that holds the antidote to breaking the spell!" yelled Katrina angrily.
"Nah, we already have the antidote."
"...what?...how?"
"It's simple. You sure play with people's feelings a lot, don't you? Claude was fed up with your constant teasing and couldn't stand that you still loved Sebastian, that's why he sold us the antidote. Of course, we had to pay 'a large price' for it but it was worth it."
"That damned demon..."
"Well, good luck facing your father's wrath."

Claude threw the antidote in Sebastian's direction. He effortlessly caught it while still trying to hold back '(Y/n)'.

Please save her. Tch, I guess I'll have to trust you on this, Sebastian.

Sebastian's POV

Damn it, there was no way to get to (Y/n) without hurting her.

"Need some help?" asked Liam.
"*sigh* I wish I wouldn't."

He chanted a spell to stop Pearl from moving. Tch, why did I have to call (Y/n) 'Pearl'? She was going to pay for this once I finished getting (Y/n) back.

"Oi, let go of me!" Pearl demanded.
"I'm sorry, I can't do that."

I reluctantly put the antidote's substance in my mouth and kissed Pearl. It was strange...It almost felt like it was (Y/n).

Her struggles were useless with Liam's spell bounding her. Once I made sure she had swallowed it, she began to change back.

"S-Sebastian?..."

I just smiled and caught her before she fell.
You don't have to worry anymore...I'm never going to leave you.

(Y/n)'s POV

~The next day~

I yawned and allowed my eyes to adjust to the light. Was I home?...

"(Y/n)!" cried Finny.
"Hey."

He pulled me into a bear hug and swung me around like a rag doll.

"O-oi..."
"Oh, sorry. I was just happy that you were back."
"Where's everyone else?"
"In the lounge. Come on, let's go."

Before I could even say another word, Finny dragged me to the lounge then tripped and fell on top of me.

"Ugh.."

Liam pulled him off me and smacked the back of his head as a 'punishment' for hurting a 'sick person'.

"(Y/n), that childhood friend of yours is really getting on my nerves," commented Finny.
"Haha, sorry. He's always like that."
"I am not!" Liam argued.
"Whatever you say."

Suddenly, I was pulled from behind. I landed on something soft.

"Happy birthday (Y/n)," Sebastian whispered into my ear.
"*gasp* How did you know?! I've always wanted a (favourite dog)."
"He forced me to tell him," replied Liam.

The next minute, he had a big bump on his head from the punch that Sebastian had given him.

"(Y/n), don't mind him and enjoy your birthday."

I sweatdropped. Was this seriously how they treated each other while I was gone?

"*sigh* It never gets any quieter with those two around," exclaimed Ciel while eyeing Sebastian and Liam.
"By the way, how did you guys get the antidote?"
"We simply sold Elizabeth's soul to Claude," Ciel replied with an evil glint in his eyes.
"No, we got it by promising to punish Katrina. Please accept my apology on behalf of the young master. He seems to have developed a phobia of Elizabeth," Sebastian said.

I laughed. It felt good to be back.

"Come on, (Y/n). We prepared a whole banquet for you! And lots of presents and games! Oh and don't forget that I did all the work," Liam commented.
"Oi, she doesn't belong to you. Stop stealing her for yourself," argued Finny.
"Gentlemen, I believe you have it all wrong. She's mine," Sebastian exclaimed.

This was going to get nowhere.

"Okay, everyone...stop this or else I'll hand myself over to Katrina."
"Ugh, you can't! Do you know how much time and effort we took to rescue you?" Liam asked, annoyed.
"*laughs* I'm just kidding. Anyway, let's go have some cake."
"You glad I remembered your birthday? I must be some kind of genius!"
"In your dreams, Mr Show-off," replied Sebastian.

Haha, with these two here, nothing would ever be boring.

Katrina's POV

"I'm sorry, father. I'll accept any punishment you give me."
"Indeed you should. You should've tried a hundred times harder if you wished to please me," he replied with a disappointed look in his eye.

Tears were streaming down my face. This was my cruel reality. My father never loved me...he used me for his own benefits. No matter what I did, I couldn't ever surprise him with my efforts. Everything I did was in vain.

But I'd get my revenge someday. (Y/n), you better watch out. You'll definitely pay for this. I'll make sure you do.

*sigh* I obediently did as my father told me and allowed myself to be punished.

The punishment was no better than what (Y/n) had received. All those attacks and merciless hits...

I didn't deserve this, but (Y/n) surely did. She deserved to be treated unfairly for what she did to me.

Sebastian and Liam won't be able to save you anymore. I'll make sure they don't.
