[A/N: WARNING: Intense Words Used Ahead]

We walked back to our place after eating because it was a gorgeous clear night.
"Wow it's actually happening. Tomorrow we meet the love of our lives." I whispered in disbelief as I placed my hands in the front pocket of my hoodie.
"I'm finally going to hug Corbyn" Jacky replied with excitement.
"And I'm finally going to meet Jack" I said, jumping up.
"I'm glad we got to have quality time today. We haven't had that in a long time" Jacky said.
"Yea me too" I replied. Jacky and I met in freshman year in high school. We've had our ups and down but we were still friends even after we graduated high school a few months ago. We decided to move in together because the rent was cheaper when two people shared it. We were currently taking online college classes because we were too busy working to pay off our debts and bills.
We walked quietly, just taking everything in.
"Oh God" I heard Jacky mumble as we were approaching our apartment building.
I look up and see Mark leaning against his rusty old car. He was smoking a cigarette and looking up at the night sky. I straightened myself up. I was honestly afraid of him too because he was big and buff. I wanted to act tough because I was trying to protect Jacky. I would do anything for her.
He finally looked over and saw us. He threw his cigarette harshly at the ground and stepped on it.
"What are you doing here Mark?" I asked, crossing my arms. There was no use in wanting to act tough. I was the smallest of the three of us. I probably just looked like a harmless barking Chihuahua to Mark.
"I came to see my girlfriend why else would I be here?"he responded in a 'duh' tone.
"H-hi babe" Jacky said, her voice shaking.
"H-hi babe" Mark said,mocking Jacky. I frowned.
Jacky gave me a fake smile and gave Mark a kiss on the cheek.
"Why haven't you answered any of my messages?" Mark said, raising his voice at Jacky.
"She was busy" I replied for her.
"Busy? Busy? What would she be doing? She just sits around and eats and does nothing because she's an oversized lazy women."
"She does more than that." I said, rolling my eyes.
Jacky stood there staring at the floor. I knew she was trying hard try not to cry. We were both really emotional people. We didn't like being screamed at or anything.
"You're just saying that because you do the same thing Karen" he said, stepping closer to us.
I scoffed and said "Go Home Mark. Leave us alone. "
"I am because I have an actual job to go to. I don't think you fat, lazy people even know what a job is." He said, turning away from us and walking toward his car. Mark and Jacky were dating because Jacky had something he wanted. Money. Jacky had a rich family and Mark knew that. Jacky doesn't like depending on her parents for money and thats why she moved out on her own because she wanted to be responsible by herself.
He got in and said "Bye babe Dont forget about our date tomorrow night."
Jacky just nodded. I decided to be a little dare devil and I flipped him off as he started driving away.
"Don't start with me, Garcia" I heard Mark shout back.
I rolled my eyes and turn to Jacky.
"You okay there?"I asked.
"Yea" she said, giving me yet another fake smile.
"Don't listen to anything he says. Fuck him. We are not lazy fat people. We are beautiful and smart and hard workers." I said as I led her inside our apartment building.
