COMMANDER ARTURO:
I left the mindscape of The Flame, taking with me Becca's wise words. It was comforting to know she would always be with me as would I for those who would become future the bearers of The Flame.
Returning to those that survived the uprising, I prepared them for what we must do in order to move forward. The beacon at the top of the grand tower was lit and would remain so to let those who had survived Praimfaya know that refuge was here. Scouts were sent out to each of the bunker locations to help those in need.
Part of Becca's message to me had warned of the possible existence of the original A.L.I.E code. The decision was made to begin to faze out our attachment to what technology we had access to. Only The Flame would eventually remain as a means to pass on the memories and guidance of our leaders. A sacred circle of people became protectors of this legacy, The Flamekeepers. The use of guns also became outlawed after we had begun to find our peace with each other. The law of 'Blood must have blood' was created to deter the taking of a life.
Survivors that came to the twelfth bunker from the decimated lands, now worked with us to grow our communities on the surface, ready for when we could fully live above ground. The future now seemed full of promise for a better life.We cremated the body of Becca and scattered her ashes to the wind. She would forever be a part of these lands, the woman who fell from the sky and saved us all. The first Commander of our people, Becca Pramheda.
