Your POV
   Dream
     Where am I ? Why am I seeing an image of my parents getting killed all over again? WAIT where's s/n!? I looked down and saw a trail of blood. I began to follow it until it reached to a stoping point. There I found s/n dead with a knife stuck to her heart. I found a note next to her saying 'SURPRISE Y/N, REMEMBER YOUR DEAR BROTHER?'
End of dream
      I opened my eyes and found Near really close to my face. I stood still and stared at him with wide eyes. "Are you alright? You were breathing heavily." He said. "Just a nightmare". I sat up and looked at my watch. "I will be going to my room" I said getting up and leaving his room."I will bring you breakfast." He said. "Okay". I walked to my room , shut the door, and laid down in bed. 'Why did I have to see that happen to my parents again? And why my sister too? She is alive' i thought. I decided to take a shower and right after I was about to finish , i heard a knock on my door. Since I didn't have time to get dressed I simply wore a towel to cover myself. I opened the door a little bit to see who it was. 'He's going to see me like this. There's nothing I can do but let him in.' I opened the door and he entered trying to ignore the fact that I had nothing but a towel. He set my breakfast on te table. "I'll go get dressed " I got my clothing from my drawers and locked myself in the bathroom.
Near POV
I just saw y/a only wearing a towel. This is my very first time seeing a girl like this. As she was changing I twirled my hair and looked around the room. Until something seemed to have caught my eyes. It was the watch she is always wearing and is very protective of. I heard the door unlock and saw her. I looked away as she as she was walking towards me. "Thank you " "Your welcome". We just sat there in silence while she ate until I decided to break it. "Why did you get involved in the fight even though you would have to face consequences?"
"I suppose it's because I consider you as a true friend. And I never had a friend. Also, I could not just leave you there getting hurt by him so I had to do something. "she said. 'Friend? No one has ever said that to me before.' I thought. "So this means we're friends?" i asked. "Do you want to be? I understand if you don't want to be with someone like me." she said looking down. I knew exactly how she feels. I don't know what I was thinking as I lifted her chin up. She looked me in the eyes and I looked at her dull, red and e/c , emotionless eyes. "I'd like you to be my first friend too." I said. She smiled slightly and so did I (creepy rape smile👌🏻). A knock on the door broke our contact. I stood up and opened it only to find her sister. "Watari wanted to know if you would eat with the others or stay here." " I will stay here. Thank you for informing me." I said. She looked behind me to see y/a. " Okay then, see ya" she left. " I will go down stairs and be right back to get food." " okay" I then left too.
Mello POV
" Where do you think that looser went?" I asked Matt. "Which one?" "The sheep," I said. "Oh, probably making out with y/a". Right after he said that he appeared. I walked up to him. "Where were you?" " With y/a" 'hearing him say that made my blood boil , but why should I care ? It's not like I like her , right?' He turned around to get breakfast. I went back to sit down next to Matt. "Are you jealous?" He asked. " No why?" " Because I've noticed the way you look at her , besides glaring when she's looking. But when you see her with Near you get mad." " I don't like her!" I said that too loud and everyone was staring at me except the sheep who was just leaving with food. 'Do I actually like her? Is that why I get mad when she defended him? Is that why I got mad when I got confused because of the feelings she was causing me to have?'
Near POV
'Does Mello actually have feelings for y/a or was it another girl they were talking about.' Feelings are complicated. I suddenly remembered that she enjoyed playing with the toys I had yesterday ( •_•). I went to my room and brought some dice, puzzles,two robots, and finger puppets. I then went to her room and knocked on her door since it was difficult for me to use my with all the stuff I was carrying. Y/a opened the door and saw what I was carrying. She let me in and helped put the toys on the floor (or carpet which ever you prefer). I began to eat as I was staring at her playing with the robots. I finished eating and got closer to her. She gave me a robot and it seemed like we both got the idea to make them fight. As we're pretending to battle we were leaning closer to each other without noticing. Our foreheads bumped into each other. "Sorry" we said at the same time. We looked into each other's eyes again leaning closer to each other until we were interrupted AGAIN by a knock on the door. 'Perfect timing'. She opened the door to reveal Mello and Watari. "I just wanted to say... s-sor-ry" he said. Y/a nodded and looked up at Watari. "Didn't you say that I wasn't allowed to make any contact with except Near and my sister?" When she said that I saw jealousy and hatred in his eyes when she mentioned my name. 'So he does have feelings for her'. "Yes I did but he insisted to see you." said Watari. A faint of blush could be seen in his face. "Well apology accepted," she said as she was about to close the door in their face but stopped when Watari said "I also wanted to inform you that we were going to watch a movie at 5:30 in the afternoon and that we were going to play games and do activities. It is mandatory so all of us can spend time together instead of being stuck in our rooms all the time like always." "Ok". She closed the door and sighed sitting back down. "I suppose you don't want to go?" I asked. "No, there's going to be a lot of people."
