This is the last part of my 5 part story, and it's written as a farewell letter to August, Aurelianus' sister, also containing a note from Cyberus. Enjoy!
Dear sister Augusta,
No words can describe my feelings for you. We are family, we are friends, and I love you in every possible way.
My dear sister, you left this world when you were only 15 due to your loyalty to your lady. You stayed with her until the last second when the judgment arrived.
Although it brought misery into me, I must state it loud and clear that, I, your sister, will always be proud of you!
Whatever happens next, will not alter my faith in you.
I must make it explicit that I, will have endless faith in you until the end of this world.
Dear sister, I am sure that I will not be the only one who misses you deeply.
I am sure that I will not be the only one who misses your kind eyes, your wavy hair, and your warm smile.
Alongside this matter, I had an unexpected visitor today who also suffered greatly from your absence. It was Cyberus, Lord Martinus' kitchen boy, who apparently is your unrevealed admirer.
When he visited I have just started this letter, so he requested me to attach his note as well.
Lovely Augusta,
There's something I had to confess although you can no longer hear it from my lips.
Your every smile makes me beam, for I cannot dare to face your charming eyes. It's like a warm firepit at night, so bright, but warm.
It may be no use to say this. But I was planning to gather my courage and propose to you once you return from Pompeii.
I tried many times before, you might've realized. But this time I was serious, now or never, was what I said to myself when I opened the front gate.
However, a messenger greeted us, but he did reply to me. The answer is never.
Augusta, please, just for once, allow me to call you dear, just for once.
Dear Augusta, you're charming and I have fallen for you the moment you smiled at me. I, even now, will have a place in my heart reserved for you.
Cyberus
Well, Augusta, I'm sorry but your determined pursuer left with a grim mood.
