I let Cameron haul me up and lead me out of the cold, empty room. A grin was plastered onto my face as I bounced along beside him. I scanned the long, narrow corridor he was dragging me through; the walls were a baby blue colour but they were peeling and seemed to have some orange coloured marks; they looked like drag marks to be precise. I noticed the green mould spreading across the edge of the white coloured ceiling. This place was filthy.
As my eyes scanned the room they landed on one thing in particular. Cameron’s large hand was wrapped gently around my own. A small smile crept onto my face as I watched our hands in adoration. He was gently pulling me along; my body close to his. I don’t know why such a simple thing like Cameron’s hand round mine made me feel happy… It was a strange feeling I haven’t felt in a while.
I look away from our connected hands and focus on the brown door infront of me; It had a a low letterbox and a doorbell.
“Right… Here we are; You can have a quick shower, change your clothes… Do your business” Cameron said whilst unlocking the door. He gestured me to come in and I did. Disappointment washed over me as I figured I wouldn’t be saved anytime soon- Where on earth is cadan?
“Nice sofa” I commented as I eyed his black furniture. The large room was connected to a decent sized kitchen; T he floors and balls were plain white and the furniture was black, silver or white. It looked rather posh but overall it looked nice together. “Posh aye?” I raised an eyebrow at him.
He cocked his head to the side, “Well I like to keep my apartment clean” I nodded at his answer as I trailed my finger across the black leather sofa. He rubbed his hands together and cleared his throat, “Right anyway go do your stuff” He said as he flopped onto his sofa, grabbing the remote and clicking the buttons.
“And where exactly am I supposed to ‘do my stuff’?” I asked. He jumped up and opened the door that lead to a cream-coloured bathroom. I nodded and closed the door behind me, locking it. I scanned the bathroom; A square shower with a glass door, A shiny clean white sink, toilet and bathtub. Crème coloured rugs were placed around, matching the crème coloured walls. I stripped out of my grubby clothes, chucking them onto the floor and stepped into the shower. The warm water slid down my body and I enjoyed the relaxing sensation.
